Visited here today & was extremely impressed with the beautiful location & Annette the lady in the office was incredible. She explained everything I asked & was extremely pleasant. Can't wait to move in here.

Annette is a rock star! Every time I need something she makes sure it's done & always has such a beautiful smile doing it ! The whole place is amazing & I absolutely love living here ❤

I was checking out these reviews and noticed that a lot of people are motivated to leave one when they have a bad experience. That totally skews the perspective of people researching these.

Let me tell you about a GOOD experience that I just had with the maintenance/office staff THIS morning.

I’d had the heater go out. It’s 36 degrees outside! They responded right away and when the maintenance man determined that the problem was severe, they called out a pro. He came and worked on the heater for less than an hour. Now it works and I’ll be comfortable in no time.

This is the kind of stuff that happens every day around here, but without the fanfare of a cataclysm.

I want to say that Annette and her team do a great job. They aren’t magic workers, and any building in the world is vulnerable to problems outside the instant control of management. But I see firsthand how the crew here really does prioritize the wellbeing of their tenants.

Here’s one good review to hopefully balance out some of the ones from frustrated people. I hope that puts things more in their proper perspective.

Carter was amazing! He was so incredibly kind and compassionate. He was very informative, educated, and invested in this apartment community. We've already signed a lease. Because of Carter, we are ending our 2-year homeless streak and finally getting a place we can call home!

I love it here! Neighbors and staff have been friendly. Shout out to Annette and Jasmine for being patient with my technological illiteracy lol. I love love love seeing the wildlife around and hearing the beautiful bird songs in the mornings! These are old buildings and thats obvious, so I’m not sure why folks are complaining about that… Appliances are a little behind with the times, but functional and clean which is really what matters. Only issue I've had so far is with delivery drivers getting lazy and just dropping your things off wherever they feel like it, but the complex is getting a hub setup so hopefully that resolves it. Have had no issues with car break ins or drafts. Only con so far is how echo-y the halls that lead to the apartments are, but you cant hear it in your unit unless you’re by your door. One of my neighbors sings in the mornings and she has a beautiful singing voice, which without fail brightens my day as I head off to work. So maybe the halls thing is a blessing in disguise.

This place has a gorgeous view. Halle at the leasing office is so friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!!!!

I loved living here. The staff was awesome and the grounds were kept up very well. Myself and my two kids went to the pool at least twice a week and were able to go on hikes right out our back door. The rent I felt was in line with what is offered in Ogden and everything in the apartment worked well and if something did break the crew was there that day or the next to fix it. Its peaceful and the other tenants are respectful and if they're not you just have to be an adult and knock on there door and ask them to keep it down. I'm not sure what most of the reviewers want out of this place. I believe it fit my needs just fine. The girls in the office were amazing and helped with everything I needed. Come and see for yourself before you write them off from these reviews. Its a good place to live if you can be respectful and understand its an apartment not the Waldorf Astoria. The only suggestion I have is to turn the tennis courts into a Bar B Que area and playground for kids.

The staff have been nothing short of amazing since we’ve started our process of moving in! They’ve moved heaven and earth to make sure that we could view our apartment remotely and have kept in touch with us every step of the way. It’s been an amazing experience thus far and we are super excited to be moving in next month. I know a lot of the previous reviews may make you nervous, but this is a whole new staff that has been put in and they are unbelievably amazing!

This place is a find. We still thank our son for finding us this place when we moved back to Utah. The scenery is wonderful, the landscaping well kept and the apartments are quiet and comfortable. These are nice people here at ReNew Canyon Ridge. Office staff knows the residents and have convinced me they genuinely care for our comfort, security and satisfaction. Responsive to needs, maintenance and service when required. Every year we have been here it gets a little better. I cannot say that about any other complex we have l ived.

I have been living here for several months and I have really been enjoying it. Any issues we have had were resolved quickly. Love the pool and the area. So great having a park close by as well as lots of hiking. After living in several different apartments you realize there are some things that just come with renting an apartment! However, this is definitely one of the best places I have rented from. Would recommend.

Jasmine has been helping during my application process, she has been so amazing! Anytime I have any questions or doubt she responds to my emails almost immediately, with great information!! Will definitely be recommending to family and friends!

Me and my husband just moved here about a week ago, and we love it. You can't hear your neighbours through the walls unless they are in the hallway. Everyone in the office is super nice and maintenance is AMAZING. We notice little things and call them they show up in the next few hours and fix it with no problem. I was a little nervous with the reviews to live here but I love it so far. The location is amazing, and it's super quiet. I would recommend this place to anyone!(:

I LOVE living here. It’s only been a few months, but so far my experience has been excellent! It’s got a BEAUTIFUL view; you just can’t beat the location. The apartments are so nice! It’s got a cabin-in-the-woods type feel :) you’ve got to remember this place use to be a hotel back in the 60’s, so it’s older and has creaks and moans like any older place. But maintenance takes care of things quickly and efficiently, management is AWESOME, so friendly and easy to work with, and the people who live here are great, quiet people. There’s also no cable package, which I love, cause most of us only want WiFi anyways :) Seriously, I can’t recommend this place enough!

The access to all the hiking trails right from the apartment complex is my favorite feature. The private, quiet location, and hearing the crickets out the windows at night, this makes it a perfect location for me.
The office staff and manager are responsive and friendly, always willing to answer questions and concerns.

The Gate at Canyon Ridge is a great complex! Although there have been some issues recently with fires, the management staff has gone above and beyond to help me and many other residents. The interiors in these apartments are beautiful and I love the fireplaces and beautiful balconies. Also you can't beat the location!

This property has a great location and the views are amazing!! Being close to the hills allows for easy access to hiking, biking, golf courses and a short drive to snowboarding and skiing. The staff is super friendly and respectful, and always responds to any of my questions or concerns promptly.

The apartments have a great layout, pool and other amenities are great. Killer location, really quiet while still being near enough to downtown without all the noise, traffic and people. Staff are friendly and helpful.

This has been a great place to stay for my little family. It is dog friendly and even has 2 dog parks! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The matence staff if very quick with tickets and do a great job. Overall this has been a great place to live, I would definitely recommend it!

I love living here, the new manager, Annette- she is GOLD for this property!! The manager and leasing are so friendly and professional. Come be my neighbor :)

My experience with complex management and our building maintenance team has Ben fantastic. Always professional and knowledgeable and they have been great about respecting our dogs. Thank you for your hard work!
