The staff is always friendly and patient even when they’re extremely busy. The text notifications and ability to pay online prior to pick up are extremely convenient.

Good place for a quick photo pickup. Store associates are very friendly. I had a photo pick up and site to store order here and everything went real quick. There's a lot of parking space available in the front. Would recommend.

Friendly customer service under stressful conditions. The staff does a great job!

I have been a customer of Walgreens Pharmacy for over 7 years, and over the past 4 months the service has deteriorated drastically. I went through the drive-thru two months ago, asked the technician to verify my medication and he looked at me like a deer in headlights, gave me my meds anyway and walked away - i hit the buzzer and he he refused to answer - i had to pull around, go in and give the RPh, my medication and get reimburse for my pills - 1. the wrong dosage AND 2. the wrong pills

Then I went to pick up my medication this past Saturday, after I had conversation with one of the female technician on Wednesday March 4 2022 (I returned a reminder call ) and asked them to NOT replace my refills i would come by on the weekend , March 5 to pick them up -
Lo and behold, the male technician who did not verify my medication at the drive advise me when I told him i was picking up my refill said NO, there is nothing -

I am NOT happy about this , when I specifically advised the staff I was coming in , spoke to the RPH covering for Lauren - I spoke to Ryan , who was working this morning and he confirmed he SAW me REFILLS as well - so WHO PUT MY MEDS back - ????
I did not have to time to sit and wait, due to appointment and since I specifically confirmed several DAYS before - I would be in, these should have been ready, the pharmacist SAID HE SAW them that morning - its now 3:20 PM - find out who put them back???

This is an ongoing problem with the new staff - and NO ONE wants to make them accountable - why?!!!!
Ryan and Nick have always been on TOP of their game, but lately this Pharmacy is a CIRCUS - and no ONE has stepped and APOLOGIZED, made staff accountable or even - held them responsible for their mistakes

I am leaving - this is pathetic - I have been good to the staff and given praises to each you over the years - what I wont tolerate is to be treated disrespectful or made a liar - you FAILED - YOU LIED .

The Westerville, Ohio pharmacy NEVER answers the phone. You will wait in a queue for thirty minutes then their system automatically hangs up on you, every time. Manager says they are too busy to answer the phone. Opened a complaint on their website about them never answering the phone, then, someone at the store left me a voicemail to call them about my complaint. Were they joking?!! They don't answer phones and they ask me to give them a call about them never answering the phone.
Ridiculous!!!
I called the national Walgreens customer service and filed a complaint. They said someone from the store will call me. Noone from the store ever called me about the complaint. Maybe Walgreens customer service couldn't get through to them(they don't answer phones).

Scheduled an appointment online, arrived early, 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment, still waiting. The service is very slow, it took about 20 minutes to stand in line (2 people in front of me), then another 10 minutes to process the paperwork. The rest of it is just sitting and waiting. Yikes.
