ok so my pharmacy Happy Druggist closed and I got a letter referring me to THIS Walgreens. So i called and it seemed chaotic but eventually i got the right person on the phone and they confirmed they had my medication and it probably would be fine. In the meantime my Doctor called in my rx. Unrelated, I spent the next 5 hours in the ER. When i finally got to Walgreens, i presented my referral letter and was gonna introduce myself. i knew something was up by the way the whole crew got uncomfortable. about 15 minutes into my wait at the counter, a grub hub guy leaves food on the counter in front of me and the the pharmacist "Trae" came over and grabbed her food immediately and then finally acknowledges me. she immediately jumps into an argument. no pleasantries. No hello and no introduction. she knew who i was from the letter. she had already voided my script and sent it back to the doctor but i didn't know that yet. "i have pain everyday, you don't need painkillers" trae said.
my only real response was who are you to decide. A doctor prescribed these to me. it's not new. I've been on them for a long time. "I thought this was taken care of? the doctors office said they would take care of it" trae said. she expected to shaft me without ever looking me in the eye. she also pretty much said if you got transferred from Happy Druggist she was gonna cancel your script. Wasn't filling anything from Happy Druggist
it is the most unprofessional experience i've ever had in a pharmacy. Just don't go there if it's important.

Just fill your scripts elsewhere, tbh. Every time I call in, it’s a whole ordeal. Just now I called. Was on hold for 20 minutes. Finally answered, terrible attitude, asked me what I wanted. I got a call about my scripts being ready… he told me I had nothing ready. Asked for test strips, he said they’ll be ready “sometime before 10pm” HAHA Okay? That gives me no information and I’m not going to plan my whole day around picking up one script that was supposed to be done already. I said “Well.. I DO need them.. that’s why I’ve been on hold for almost half an hour” he tells me “well.. I’m ignoring other people to be on the phone with you, I have 4 people in line right now”…Like, what? You’re not “ignoring” people to talk to someone who’s been waiting in a telephone queue? Then before I have a chance to say anything, the pharmacist HANGS UP ON ME. If you hate your job, find a different one… especially if you CHOSE to work with sick people?

Wasted 3 hours around midnight waiting for my daughter's prescription, finally when I got hold of the technician he told me that they don't have contract with my insurance. His suggestions were either transferring it to a different 24 hours pharmacy, or pick their medication for full price!! So frustrating and inconvenient. Not recommended

The Walgreens I normally go to is closed today so I got the number for the 24 hour pharmacy. The lady was very rude and acted like I was bother. She even hung up on me when I was still talking. Sucks that it’s the only 24 hour one or I wouldn’t go back. I don’t recommend this pharmacy at all.

Wow all I can say is look at the reviews don’t come here they need a new manager the lady is disrespectful and very vulgar close it down the cashier Sam was very pleasant
