Staff was friendly and able to help me while I ordered, even accommodating my special requests. Food was hot like it was freshly made even though I stopped a bit past peak hours but wait wasn’t long at all.

Made sure to help me with a very difficult situation. Thank You! A small problem at another store with an order could have easily been taken care of at that store but it was made into a huge problem. I will continue to visit this restaurant.

This was nice. Tried a new chicken sandwich. The place was clean, quiet and not busy.

Responsive and courteous staff who appear to be well managed. Restaurant clean, updated with wide variety of seating options.

I was really impressed with the speed and accuracy of my order. I was there during lunch time (maybe 1pm) and I made it through the drive-thru within 5 minutes with a 100% accurate order. Very nice people as well; it definitely makes your day better hearing a simple "thank you" and "have a great day".

It was a chilly evening so I stopped by for a chili and tried the strawberry 🍓 Frosty. Delicious! Staff was efficient & friendly & professional. Restaurant clean and parking lot clear of trash.

I've always had a pleasant time with this Wendy's. It gets busy during lunchtime but they have a good team and a good system that gets people through quickly. The food always comes out how you'd expect and it's made well.

This is a newer modern location with a good amount of seating for its compact size. Have not had a problem with an order in the past year either at drive-thru, inside, or online via the mobile app. The food is always hot and tasty.

New place. It's efficient on the inside. There is a decent amount of seating in what seems like a small area. Decor is kind of industrial-homey (there's even a faux fireplace). I've been there several times and they have been pretty quick and professional behind the counter. Place has also been clean.

Mobile order pickup, order wasn't ready but it was large order and ready within a minute of me being there, lots of cupholders for the shakes and meal drinks. Very helpful staff.

I love Wendy's because the food is made pretty fresh and the meat is real and not that fake junk soy or what ever. I would chose this over any fastfood restaurant. That's until I had 5 guys yesterday OMG ! That was the best darn burger I've ever had in my 50 years of life.. wow

I don't do fast food much but in the last year the service is the worst everywhere because no one want to work anymore. This is the best service of any fast food in NE Ohio. Cudos to the team working here 10/3/2021!

In my most recent experiences here service has been quick dispite the fact it has been busy service is fast and accurate. The dining room has been open recently although this location is small as Wendy's go.

Nice and clean new location. Ate inside where it was a little slow, probably because the drive thru was packed but no issues. Had the spicy chicken sandwich combo and a side of chili. Love the chili.

What appeared to be around a 90 year old women in front of me at the drive thru, she was asking a million questions about what seemed to be all of the menu items. I was very impressed how patient the drive thru guy was with this women. He took the time to explain ALL of her questions. Nice to see a teen be so kind and respectful to this little old lady. My food was also delicious. Will definitely return.
