Absolutely disappointing. We have requested an early check-in as per their website for $100, and the agent on the phone ensured us its taken care of. Upon arrival this was not honored. Front desk manager was rude and made us wait in the lobby with 1 month old child for a few hours. They claimed no request was made. Horrible service. Definitely avoid
