CVS Pharmacy

I stopped into this CVS on a recent evening to quickly pick up one item. Driving near front entrance I notice it was very dark, no lighting outside main entrance or the parking area closest to the entrance. Shortly after I received a survey by email asking about my experience..... I relayed my uneasy feeling regarding safety in the comments. I JUST RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM OPERATIONS MANAGER (Abrar Shaikh) INFORMING ME A WORK ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED TO FIX THIS PROBLEM!...... Wowwwww - how wonderful for a business to respond and act so quickly to fix this issue!!

CVS is seriously understaffing this store, including their pharmacy, on a regular basis. This results in them literally having no staff in the front of the store during the morning. They are also unable to open their drive-through pharmacy service in the morning. I used to pick up medications on the way to work, but now have to park and go inside to wait in line.

The CVS pharmacies in our area aren't offering decent services no more. The quality of medicines isn't good and the staff seems unwilling to help customers , they are unfriendly . This one is just like the others.

Inconsistent information on wait times depending on who on you speak with. Was told my order would be ready in fifteen minutes at the pharmacy. When I came back thirty minutes later they told me I still needed to wait another thirty minutes.

I've no problem waiting but the lack of a clear and consistent answer is unacceptable. I had to leave and come back to this location several times.

Horrible pharmacy experience! Lack of customer service, staff lack skills and need training. Pharmacist hung up the phone in my face after asking her about my medication refill, she seemed frustrated from the time she answered the phone and lacked any sort of professionalism. I will be filing a complaint with corporate and will not be returning to this CVS again.

Won’t be spending my money in this place ever again. Switching my prescription to another cvs pharmacy. Went to pick up a few items around 11pm cashier told me that his manager said I couldn’t bring my mini size micheal kors bag in the store cause of stealing like byeeeeeeee well put up a sign telling people not to bring they backpacks in after 8pm then

pharmacy technicians are very rude .Do not buy your medicines from here.
