Design Data has been our IT Solutions partner for a couple of years. They go above and beyond to resolve issues quickly and efficiently, and propose unique solutions for our industry's needs. They are a local company, with a fantastic reputation that does not disappoint. I highly recommend their services.

Shawn and Jason and the team were incredible. I called at 10 am with a major problem (new customer) and by 11 am I had a tech on the phone that dropped everything they were doing. They had us back up and running by early afternoon and tackled some items for us that were a huge mess (our own doing). They followed up next day and made some huge progress for us. So far, VERY pleased I would recommend for sure. I was blown away by this service and responsiveness. We were in a bind, they got us out and didn't make us feel stupid.

I wish I could say more - if you have IT issues, use them. I was very pleased.

Design Data is a great partner! I have peace of mind knowing they are constantly monitoring and ready to deal with alerts. In the last few weeks we had two server hard drives fail. Design Data was on it right away ordering replacement drives and installing them within a few days.

DesignData has done an outstanding job of providing support in a timely manner and helping to organize and prioritize our current and future needs.  All of the staff are knowledgeable, very friendly, and willing to take the time to explain "tech talk" in layman's terms.  Techs know what company they're speaking to for tickets, speeding up resolution.  We feel like we're part of a great team!

For the past four years, I have worked for an organization that uses DesignData for network infrastructure and computer hardware maintenance [and many years before that, I worked as a computer technician for a school district in western North Carolina]. My experience with DesignData has always been good. What impresses me most about their workers is that they are constantly asking me questions about my needs. I'm sure many people have had experiences with computer techs that don't want to listen and/or condescend. I have never had an experience like that with Design Data. Their technicians have always been polite, open to suggestions, and wanting to be sure that I am happy with the results of their work. As far as I can remember, DesignData has always fixed the problem the first time. I don't remember having to call them back for a second visit because the first visit didn't work. And when our organization has big problems that need to be tackled, problems that are unique to our organization's mission, Design Data has joined us for meetings during which we're able to figure out a solution to the problem, even if Design Data has never had to face the problem before [like I said, my organization has needs that you wouldn't find in a normal business].
At the top of this review, I am asked if DesignData is a "good value". I honestly don't know what my organization pays for their services, so I can't say that it's a "good value". I have no information to make that judgement. However, I will say that whatever we pay them, it is worth it. I have never experienced any downtime on my workstations [there are eleven computers in my department]; I have always benefited from their work; and my interaction with the techs has always been positive. I enjoy seeing them.
[If you were to push me for ANY problem that I ever had with them, the only thing that I can think of is that one time I labeled a maintenance ticket as "high priority", yet somehow my other "medium" or "low priority" tickets were processed quicker. It only happened one time, and it wasn't critical. But, if you wanted to know the worst I've experienced, that's the only thing I can think of.]

The Design Data Team responded to my 2-tickets immediately, when the Program was preparing to work remotely from home. They contacted me, walked me through a few steps and had the laptop running. With everyone preparing to leave to work remotely, i didn't think they would get to me. The Tech was polite and efficiant.
