I was thoroughly pleased with the arrangement I ordered and had delivered to a dear friend. The custom design was exactly as I asked for.
My delivery expectation was days to a week related to availability and the delivery was the next day!
The staff were friendly and approachable. I had a photo on my phone with changes I desired, and ordered in person at the shop.
The flowers looked healthy, fresh and should last several days to a week!

Our flowers came together more beautifully than we ever could have dreamed! Walking down the aisle and into our reception venue filled us with so much happiness as our vision came together perfectly. The flowers arrived in the morning and the delivery man from Ballantine’s Flowers brought it in and placed it where I wanted which was great because it’s heavy. It’s was in a stoneware vase. As you can see the flowers are beautiful and I was especially happy to see all those snapdragons, one of my favorites. We were thrilled as it brightened our day.

My friend Richard lives in Britain and sends me flowers from here. Periodically. I just got flowers for having a baby and for my birthday and he was able to do it easily online and they delivered it directly to my door! They were beautiful and I was very happy with the bouquets. The flowers tend to live a long time from this florist as well!!

We had our wedding in May and chose JD Ballantines after my sister had such a good experience. I loved how everything turned out!

The flowers were absolutely lovely. We ordered the premium, and they were premium. The arrangement was so full. There were at least 8 roses and so many other stems of fresh flowers. The colors were gorgeous and gave the perfect autumn vibes. They were delivered safely. The flowers made my wife’s birthday.

We chose JD Ballantine for the flowers at our September 25th wedding. What an absolutely wonderful experience we had from the very beginning. Kevin was so accommodating to my family members during our consultation meetings and I could tell that it is not just a business but a passion. I had a very specific vision of what I wanted and he nailed it!

Everything was delivered to the venue before I even arrived and it looked breathtakingly beautiful. I can honestly say that working with JD Ballantine was a calming and peaceful experience in the midst of all of the hustle bustle. My flowers were one of my most favorite things about my wedding day!

If that isn't enough, I had so many of my guests complimenting the flowers and alter arrangements. I was repeatedly asked who my florist was. Many even stated that they now plan to use JD Ballantine for all of their flower needs.

I was having a hard time finding flowers for Mother's Day on the Thursday before. Most other florists said they were no longer taking orders, or only offered what was left in their coolers. I contacted J.D. Ballantines Flowers & Gifts and my worries were over. They provided a beautiful bouquet which I picked up on Saturday. Just as importantly, they were so nice and pleasant. Had a lovely gift basket sent for a family member on their birthday. I live in Scotland and it makes things a little more difficult to arrange these sort of gifts. Ballantines made it as easy as it gets to have a gift delivered overseas. Will definately use again in the future!
