Performed all requested work very well. Gave updates and explained all issues encountered along the way. I've used Gipson's Tires for 20 plus years now and never had a problem with them.

I had my truck towed to Gipson’s Tire to get fixed and they were able to get to it the same day it was brought there and fixed it the same day.. had a few issues that had to get fixed and they were able to do it.. Tim at the front desk was super nice , helpful and knowledgeable..he kept great communication with me on everything and i appreciate that very much.. I recommend them to anyone needing to get vehicle repairs or service.👍🏿

I remember when Gipson's Tires opened, and all they times I, my family, friends, or those We've recommended had to depend on them with out vehicles. Great service then and thankfully that same great service now. That's hard to find now days, honest and dependable service with great prices and value properly placed on their customer base. Recently visited this location and was thoroughly impressed by the great customer service shown to me! The staff was so personable and knowledgeable, and I appreciated one associate, who explained to me the services that were recommended and ensured I understood what each service would entail and the charges involved. A detailed explanation of services was given to me in a print out (which I appreciated), so that I could make an informed decision and one that worked best for me! I will definitely be back to this location (matter of fact, already made my next service appointment!). ;) THANK YOU GUYS!

Contracted to replace tires for my 2020 Honda CR-V. The manager worked with me to determine the correct tires that were needed.
All work was completed within minimum time. Very pleased with how I was treated and worked that was accomplished. Rating of outstanding is wholly supported for this survey.

Tim and Jason were great to work with. I need additional service on my Jeep but Jason gave the up front price and assured me I should be fine until my check next month.

Always friendly and patient customer service, never rude or pushy, always executing the vehicle needs exactly as requested. Provides all details of extra or future maintenance and repairs. I’ve never had any issue with them that couldn’t be resolved with ease

These guys are the best… we were in a pickle with a busted belt in the tire while traveling from Indy to Fort Walton Beach on I-65. They helped get us back up and running down the road. Unfortunately, they didn’t have our tire size in stock, but they removed the bad tire and put our spare on for us at no charge. Best tire shop in the area. Thank you Gibson’s Tire Pros

The service was great. I ordered 3 sets of tires. We had issues with one set. No fault of Gipson, they commentated daily. Till is issue was resolved.

My daughter unavoidably rode over a log on the highway and it dented both drivers side rims. Gipson’s helped me navigate insurance quotes and got the car serviced and back on the road quickly.

All the staff were very professional. They knew exactly how to repair my vehicle. I can't Thank all of them enough. They had me back on the road very quickly. I was not late to pick up my Grandson.

Absolute great community business showing genuine love for Veteran's. I was in and out the door in about an hour. I was impressed with their patience and customer service. I am sure I've have found a new vendor for taking care of my pickup truck.
