Rack Room Shoes

I recently made a purchase at the location in Prattville. I called to ask about sales, etc on a certain brand and when I arrived to the store, the person at the counter went to locate the person, who I spoke with on the phone, to assist me. I was pleasantly surprised!. The person ended up being Cat, who was so personable, respectful, and helpful while offering me brand recommendations. I was thoroughly impressed! I also appreciated the great customer service shown to me by her team member Tyra. I ended up making a purchase and am VERY pleased! I definitely will be back!! Thank YOU ladies!!

I always go in knowing what I want. So, I rarely need help. But while I was in line to pay another lady asked the cashier about a shoe she wanted and if they had any other sizes than were on the shelf. The cashier replied that she was pretty sure there weren't any other of the shoe in the back, but she would check. She left to check and came back with the sad news that, yes, they had no other size in stocks. She further went on to say that she would be happy to help this lady find her size online. Way to go above and beyond!!!

I love love love this store. 1st They have the buy 1 get 1 1/2 off on their shoes and 2nd they have a great rewards program.
The employees have always helped me with ANYTHING I need.

Great place to shop. I had two gift cards that weren't easily activated and used but the manager on duty went out of her way to help me and make the purchase a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this store.

Staff was very helpful in helping me find shoes and also pointed out the sales and discounts on shoes.

Although, we didn’t make a purchase with this store we did receive awesome customer service in December 2018. A male friend of mines was in need of some brown dress shoes for a wedding, we had no luck at the other four stores nearby. But, the salesman Jakarrius S. was very helpful and provide us with above average customer service. He allowed us to bring his outfit in to match up a great pair of shoes and the experience with him was awesome. He took time with us, look through every option we had and when we did fine the perfect shoe, unfortunately they didn’t have it in his sizes. But, that didn’t stop Jakarrius, oh no, he called the Montgomery, AL store near east chase to see if they had that shoe and size in stock and they did. We went by their and pick the shoe up with no problems and at the end of the day we was completely satisfied. Jakarrius, thank you for your time and effort you put in on that day to make sure we was satisfied at the end. We’re thankful!!!

Always find something nice, 99% of the time they always have a good sale today was 50% off which was a fantastic deal, wind up paying $55 for two pairs of shoes.

I had to go shopping for formal shoes for an event with my husband's job. I am not by any means a dressy girl. Sneakers and flip-flops are more my style. I am clueless when it comes to fancy attire. The woman at the Prattville location were wonderful! I showed them pictures of my two dresses and they were so helpful. They went above and beyond helping me find shoes that would go with either dress. I felt as though I was in a high end store getting luxury attention. I highly recommend this store for any of your shoe needs!!!!
