Whataburger

Love having a Whataburger close by now! Great selection of food, friendly staff, spacious dining room, and always clean. We've tried various menu items and loved each one. Food is always on point, hot and fresh.

It took a little while for everyone to find their work groove I think. The first few times I went, everything was going so slow but the last couple times, I’ve ordered on my app and everything has gone very smoothly. I haven’t had any incorrect orders and the food has always been great. The staff has also always been very pleasant!

We ordered online on our way through Montgomery. When we arrived, they had waited to put fries in the bag so they were fresh. The employees were so nice welcoming us when we came in. I would definitely stop here again when passing through!

Took my special needs students today for lunch! I can say we were all very pleased with the customer service! They were so very patient and knowledgeable about the menu. We will surely return! Special thanks to the Manager Anne and another worker Sarah for being so kind!! Y'all Rock!

This is got to be the cleanest Whataburger I've ever been in. It was something. You could tell that management really cared about the sanitation. The food was exceptional and the service was friendly and professional.

Busy, bustling new location. We love Whataburger for our large and "picky" family. Took 2 extra teens for their first time and they enjoyed it. The staff is attentive and friendly. Food is fresco! They do occassionally run out of specialty shakes and beverage station was missing an ítem. The staff did refill item in a timely fashion...Only wish is for breakfast time extensión. That's my all time favorite!

Food was hot and fresh. Fries were nice and crisp, onion rings were good and loved dipping them in the pepper sauce from the whataburger patty melt, which was also delicious. Milkshakes were nice and thick too! Could tell this seemed to be a newer location because the workers seemed to be lost and confused. They will get there with training, no doubt in my mind!

Hadn't had it in years. Will definitely go again next time I travel and see one!

First time visiting this location. Everything was good. I did notice that the burger on my sandwich wasn't fully cooked, but it was still good.

Good was ok order was not right. Took 45 minutes in drive thru, ppl behind us getting food before us, and we only had 3 burgers and 1 fry.

This was our first time eating at one of these. I enjoyed my burger a lot! My husband, on the other hand, did not. He complained of too much mustard and nothing else. I'm pretty sure mustard was the only condiment in the description, so user error. I'd come back.

My husband and I got two burgers on a Monday afternoon. The line was moderately long, but moved quickly. They had an employee taking orders outside and before we even pulled up to the window an employee brought our order out so that we could exit the drive thru line more quickly. Our burgers were delish and the service was wonderful!

Best burger in Prattville! Probably in Alabama. Never had any issues, a little longer during peak times. That's expected. I'll keep going as long as that sweet bbq burger and strawberry shake is around!

Nice clean dining area. Friendly helpful employees AND - that classic delicious food. Nice stop on the way home from the beach.

Hot food, fresh tea, and a nice open concept dining room. Inside service is a bit slower than drive up but having hot fries is worth it.

They got my order correct today and it makes all the difference. Delicious and filling

It's a great place to eat but you better go hungry. I liked everything but the french fries have too much salt .
