I-80 Auto Parts

Purchased a engine on February the 19th online through ebay. I told them that I would be picking up the engine but I didn't tell them that I was coming the next day drove 7 and a half hours from Nashville. Well when I arrived the engine was not ready but Rich was extremely helpful and he and the guys made sure I got my engine before closing time that day!

Found this place while looking for the part I needed online. They returned calls promptly and pulled the part right away. I'd been having a rough day and just barely made it there before closing; the guy who carried the part out to my car was super nice, and it honestly turned my whole day around. Very easy to work with.

I was skeptical because of the reviews but they had my brake caliper and I was able to get my car back up and running thank you .

I had a great experience with Rich from I-80 Auto Parts. I was looking for a specific headrest for a vehicle for a customer. Rich went above and beyond to help me. He even went out in the yard and sent me pics of the headrest from all angles before mailing it out in order to make sure it was satisfactory. And then he called me to ask me to check out the pics so he didn't miss the FedEx guy and delay my shipment an extra day. This is customer service above and beyond. Rich is the MAN! Thank you Rich!

Had an amazing experience with this company.... I went in to buy a rim for my son's car because his was damaged. The guy behind the desk was super nice he said I told them to give me the one with the best tire and that's exactly what they did and now my son has his room replaced and he has a good tire on there so I'm truly thankful for my experience!

When I needed an engine and needed some help they were there. Allowed me to pay in two installments and delivered to my mechanic. Graham was great will be back and spread the word.

I paid for a transmission that was advertised at a certain number of miles. However, I got home and Carfaxed the VIN number and it came up with some red flags regarding its actual mileage. I called Russ and asked if he could cancel the transaction as it was still pending, and he actually did it, nearly instantly in fact. The facility is about average for a salvage yard, and some of the office staff may not come off as friendly as you'd hope, but at least in my very limited experience, seems like a decent place.

Who would imagine that a salvage yard would have exemplary customer service?! Steve went above and beyond to find the perfect part for my son’s car. Not only did he find it, he walked us through the whole process, sending pictures and confirming that we were buying the right thing. What a great service. Thank you!

If you are a female and calling for parts don't do it. The guy that answers the phone acts like you do not know what you are talking about and will hang up on you.

I ordered a transmssion from Rich via EBAY. He found a flaw and decided to cancel the order before shipping. Trust me when I say that is not a common practice. Most salvage yards will ship out the part and worry about the issues later. Rich even tracked down alternate options for me at other salvage yards. True above and beyond customer service. Came to a muddy road and was treated extremely politely, when you call make sure you ask for the complete total with taxes included. Purchased a transmission through the deposit payment plan.

Extremely high level customer service related business practices. Had an issue with a part that we purchased and they did not hesitate to step up and take care of the situation.
