Just went there yesterday to apply for 2 passport (2 applications), we had an appointment at 8:30am and we were done by 8:55am. No issues, no complications. We were there on time, they've opened on time.
Ms. Jacqueline if you're reading this I want to say thank you very much, you did a great job, you were nice and helpful. Thank you.
Yes, the passport line and mail line is the same but every time people were showing up with mail another worker was taking care of them while Ms. Jacqueline was working with our applications.
I don't know if that rude person (that other reviews mentioned) still works there, but we had no issues with the service.
Just a quick tip: if you're applying for a passport - make the first appointment in the morning, so they start working on your application first and you don't have to stay in line.

The USPS is not a buisness. It is a service. That is why it "loses billions annually". Because it isn't designed to make money. Know what else we spend eve more on annually? The military. But nobody complains about that.

Anyways I love the USPS, they do a great job.

I had several packages I had to bring at the last minute with me to Ga from SC due to my dad having a heart attack and they had to be sent out . I didn’t have a chance to get the labels ready and had to go through all of them to get the QR code’s
Ms. Jacqueline was so nice and helpful . I could not believe I was at the post office . The main post office where I live if you don’t have every single thing ready they ask you to step aside . She was amazing told me to take my time and helped make sure I had everything right. It was a huge help and relief during an already stressful time . She is an A+ employee in my book . Her co workers seem to work well with her to keep things moving when a person like me comes along .

I came in to mail 63 packages and was very nervous it would be a burden on the employees and customers. Ms. Jacqueline gladly welcomed me, reassured me that it was no issue, and helped me with such excellence and joy. Her co-worker Richard was also very friendly and efficient as he helped the rest of the customers in the building while she helped me. Very grateful for their smiles, and friendly customer service today.

I'm surprised by all the horrible reviews. We do get misdelivered mail more than I'd like, but it happens with UPS and FedEx just as often as it does USPS. This review is for the staff inside the post office. I've never had them be rude to me, and they've helped me with large mailings for my nonprofit more than once. I've always been courteous and respectful to the staff, and that's what I've received back in return. No complaints.

I have been going to the Rincon Georgia post office for close to 14 years. I could complain about the prices of the,The increasing price of stamps and shipping, or parking, or length of line but that makes no sense to me. The Rincon post office and it’s workers are not in control of any of those complaints. The only thing the Rincon Post office and iOS employees can “ control” is the attitudes and faces we the public are greeted with when we walk through the doors, and I personally LOVE THE RINCON POSTAL WORKERS I SEE THERE. I come quite a bit the most consistent faces there seem to be Sean and Jackie! I have NEVER left the presence of these to wonderful employees with out a smile! They both greet you and laugh with you and wish you a blessed
And safe day! If I tell them something about myself they remember and in today’s world where the media teaches us that we are to hate anyone with different options or looks it’s a wonderful change to come in and feel that we are misinformed because these two are different but clearly work well with each other and have fun doing it and they clearly seem to care about a public

Excellent customer service by Ann Marie. I called to find out information about a package I shipped from this office and was immediately taken aback from the level of customer service she provided. She took my information and said she would look into it and called me back within a short amount of time! Excellent service in this day and age of subpar. Thank you!

This post office does an outstanding job. They are friendly, quick and go above and beyond to help the customer in any way possible. I would recommend this post office above any in the surrounding Savannah area. They are very helpful for passport applications.

After reading the reviews here I went to this office a little scared. My English is not the best one, that's why I was scared. The efficiency on the customer service is excellent. The attention, the attitude and the compromise of service is outstanding. Thanks Jacqueline for an excellent service.

Personnel was very pleasant.

MY WIFES PACKAGE WAS NOT SCANNED AND PROPERLY SHIPPED. SO CONTACTED THE POSTAL MANAGER LARRY. HE WAS VERY RUDE TO MY WIFE . VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! AT THIS POINT ALL WE ARE TRYING TO DO IS FILE A COMPLAINT. # 1 THE PERSONAL PROPERTY WAS TAKEN OUT OF THE PACKAGE. THEY NEVER SCANNED HER PACKAGE BUT WHY WOULD THEY SEND A EMPTY PACKAGE WITH NOTHING IN IT.? WHAT HAPPENED TO MY WIFE'S PERSONAL PROPERTY INSIDE THE PACKAGE?

Staff is pretty cool. I ship off tons of packages never had a problem
