I drop off mail on the daily to this location. Never had any issues and the gentleman behind the counter is always pleasant and helpful. I always have pleasant meeting him

Not sure if the previous reviews are due to a previous employee but, I drop off mail on the daily to this location. Never had any issues and the gentleman (Bruce) behind the counter is always pleasant and helpful.

Terrible hours and pretty rude employees

Does not reopen on time after the designated lunch break.

My latest experience with the worst customer service USPS in the Savannah area was arriving at 3:45pm, 15minites prior to closing to a line of individuals locked out of the front entrance with customers inside (who knows how long they had been waiting). Lady finally comes outside saying “stop knocking on the door before I call the police” Refused to give a reason as to why she locked the doors and covered her name tag with her hand. Let me close out this wonderful expierence by capping it with getting the door shut on my face again when we asked for her supervisors number.

Embrassing excuse for a government employee on a military base. USPS should be ashamed of themselves.

Have sent several letters from this location only to be returned to me due to an "undeliverable address." I took these same letters to the Richmond Hill post office and they made it to their final destination just fine.

Been waiting for a package for over a month, I left hunter and provided a specific address for redirecting my mail, attempted to contact only for no one to answer the phone on several occasions
Update: apperantly it was "lost in transit" on it's way to the this office, how is it lost in between the 2 locations?

Horrible service. Rude employee with an attitude who acted like customers were an inconvenience, throwing packages around. Wanted to charge double what UPS quoted.

Terrible service. Never answer their phone. Nothing but bad experiences trying to get my mail.

Horrible service. My mail was withheld from me even though I was personally there with ID.
