We built a new house, and my original AV subcontractor (recommended by the Builder) could not figure out how to get things working, and he ghosted me multiple times, at one point for a period of 3 months. I got sick or waiting for him, so I hired DFW Home Theater to complete the project, and they did a great job. Showed up on time, completed all tasks efficiently, knew what they were doing (unlike the sub suggested by our Builder), and were very courteous. Wish I would have hired them from the start.

They were great at offering options that fit my budget and needs and answering all questions. Install went smooth, looks and works great, and they cleaned up after themselves. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.

DFW Home Theater ran speaker wire in my loft for in wall surround and in ceiling Atmos speakers. It was a very seamless experience, from initial emails discussing my needs to the work itself. The guys that performed the installation were professional, prepared and knowledgeable. They arrived on time and finished the job in approximately 2 hours. Best part is everyone I interacted with was down to earth and they reasonably priced, which is very refreshing in this industry. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I did not know this company but called and "presto" they helped get a new home system for me that is wonderful. Even figured out how to get my Veledyne Sub-Woolfer going after being dormant for 10 years! Highly recommend

I live over 60 miles away and they were able to accommodate and set up my theater room…I wanted the max size screen (more expensive) that would fit wall to wall but they did recommend a smaller size because I’d get the best experience for my room size. That’s how I knew they cared more about my experience than emptying my wallet. It’s been 2 years and I’m still loving the theater room.

Dennis, Shaun and rest of the team were exceptional from start to finish. We needed a 7.1 system installed for the media room that fits within our price range. We were presented with different options, and were able to customize our packages to fit our needs. The equipment and service is worth the price. They are very responsive, and helpful. Had an issue with my remote, and had someone come in the very next day to fix the issue. Highly recommend DFW Home Theater!

Wonderful experience with DFW. I have a home newly constructed, and needed help with home theatre, TVs and home networking. I have discussed with Dennis for few weeks on various options, visited his showroom to finally decided on how to configure each room. We ran into an issue with needing to hang a frame TV on tile above fireplace, and Dennis was able to get help from his partner to make it happen. I would recommend DFW for your home media needs.
