McClain's Longhorn RV

My wife and I had a great “fly and buy” experience last week with McClain’s RV in Sanger. Evan Gray did an excellent job as our sales person and made the remote buying experience smooth and easy, he even picked us up at the airport in Dallas. The staff doing the walk thru, financing, and the servicing of any issues that came up at the neighboring KOA were also good. We would highly recommend buying here. Thanks Evan for all of your help.

We purchased this Solitude in November after Thanksgiving. Chase was my salesman. He was very fantastic and helpful all the way through the entire deal. Not to mention the whole McLean RV Dealership. I’ve bought a number of RV’s through the years. This was my Greatest Experience. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE.

Hunter did an amazing job with getting us in the trailer we wanted! The process was so smooth and we were in and out in no time! We are repeat customers for a reason!

Great people, great business. We shopped this location for over 2 years working with Hunter (salesperson) then finally purchased a New Winnebago Travato in late November. When they drove it to the gas station to top off the tank before delivery a passing truck threw a rock that cracked the windshield. McClain's was very quick to explain they would replace the windshield at no cost to us. We ended up leaving the motorhome to have the windshield replaced and a few minor issues resolved under warranty. Due to supply issues on the windshield it took a few days longer than anticipated but Hunter kept us updated at every step. We can't recommend Hunter & McClain's enough, they are all truly great people y'all!

First time RV buyers here….. this process was seamless. Salesman, Johnny, was excellent. Answered all of our questions with patience and professionalism. Sebastian, camping advisor, was thorough with our walkthrough. The entire staff, from the initial greeting to the final, “Your customer is ready to go camping” overhead announcement, this was an awesome experience!

We looked at a 5th wheel at the RV show in Dallas. Hunter Pruett was our salesman he's VERY knowledgeable and informative. Couldn't ask for a better man. Awesome customer service 👏 He made sure we got the best deal on our purchase. Anyone looking to buy an RV...He's your man!!!

Joe was our salesman and he was great at communicating with us and we felt that the negotiation process was fair. Even after we finished all the paperwork, Joe made sure that we did not need help loading up the trailer and when he saw that we needed help, he got us the help that was needed. We also had a great interaction with the one of the service men. I believe his name was Jeremy, he helped me find the correct wire harness for my truck and new to me trailer. He also spent time to make sure that it was correctly installed on my truck. Everyone we interacted with here was awesome.

From Bryan our salesman all the way through financing, the service department and training on our new TT everything was top notch. Never any pressure and everyone is very helpful. If I ever trade this one in I will definitely go back.

We traded in our 2022 Reflection for a 2024 Momentum 395MS from Hunter Pruett. The whole transaction was seamless, and they even paid for a night at the KOA so we could transfer our belongings! Super nice to work with!!

McClain’s RV in Sanger exceeded my expectations and the amount of guidance I had from my salesman, Bryan Davis, was amazing. I’m a first-time buyer and he was always very honest and straightforward about what would work with me best. They went above and beyond to be sure I was able to get what I wanted!

The 2023 Dallas RV show is where I met Lathan Bolin. He was able to help answer my questions about finding the right RV for me. I was interested in the Grand Design because of it's quality and the ability to be used it as a full time residential unit. That’s something the other brands just don’t do.

Lathan and I found the right RV that really made me smile, an Imagine XLS 23LDE. It has a beautiful rear kitchen, great seating and dining space perfect for a conversation area, large bath room and a nicely separated bed room with its own outside entry door. So much storage too. I have to say that Grand Design hit it out of the park on this floor plan. I love the solar power ability and 12 Volt refrigerator that cools very quickly. Throughout the purchase and delivery of my Imagine XLS Nathan was extremely helpful. He gave me some great ideas about optional accessories too.

I also want to thank Chase Cook who helped with all my accessories and final walk through. Both Lathan and Chase were VERY EASY to work with and I will surely buy from them again.

PS: The Sanger location has the nicest sales & service too.

McClain's just keeps on doing things right! I was in desperate search for some discontinued Lino from Grand Design when Sebastian from the parts department was able to secure and ship me what I needed. He pulled the "rabbit out of the hat" finding a remanent that was what I needed. They are responsive and courteous. There hasn't been a single person at McClain's that I didn't have a pleasure working with.

All sales/service/parts industries need to take note of how they do business there at McClain's. Top Notch!!!!!

Purchased a travel trailer online with Hunter. The entire process from sales, finance, and service was beyond what I could have hoped for. The entire team there made purchasing an rv from 1000 miles away a painless experience. Being a newbie Hunter went above and beyond to make sure I was well educated before I left the lot. Having a Koa next door was exceptional. I was able to camp for 2 nights to ensure I knew how everything worked and to make sure nothing was wrong. Can't say enough how great of an experience it has been.

We had a great experience with everyone at McClain’s Longhorn but Shaneela really sealed the deal. She was eager to answer any questions we had, cracked some great jokes and seemed to have a lot of experience. 5 stars for sure!

Chase Cook was our salesman, and he was and continues to be awesome, he's still quick to answer any questions and has checked on us a couple of times to make sure everything is going well with our trailer. Everyone who we have worked with at McClains has been helpful and really nice. We couldn't be happier with them, and we love our Grand Design!

My husband, my mom and I have been looking for an RV for a few years but each time never felt right until we stepped into McClains. It was like we were apart of a family and treated with so much love and respect! Jeremy and his crew went above and beyond with all of our crazy requests to make sure my mom, who is handicapped, could get in and out of the RV safely. When the original extra handle didn’t work with the door they didn’t say sorry, nothing we can do, they said don’t worry we have a plan and made a custom handle for her. They also installed our keyless lock as well and when we did the walk through we left feeling confident and sad we wouldn’t be back for a little while. Our family will be McClains customers for life. We cannot express our gratitude enough for the amazing people who work here, especially Jeremy dealing with us and all needs.
