I had a great experience with Chase, and everyone I met at the dealership. They fixed my Corvette in record time and provided me with a nice rental vehicle while they worked on it. Chase was amazing! He kept me updated on the progress and explained everything clearly. His customer service was exceptional, and he was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Glenn Polk's service center over any other chevrolet dealer in the north Dallas area.

My service visit was great as usual. Chase and the guys at Polk treat me like a friend, even though I have only been in a handful of times for oil changes. On this particular visit I had an issue I thought was going to require parts and labor. I approved the repair upon arrival. The tech took a look at it and realized I didn't need the repair and showed me a simple fix that required no parts or labor. It is nice to have a dealer you can trust!

Rob Ingram was my salesperson on my new truck. I emailed early Saturday morning about the truck and he called me almost immediately. Once I arrived at the dealership, he had the truck waiting for my test drive. He walked me through the whole process quickly and professionally. Chase is great! First time to this dealership. Super follow up and communication skills. He is genuinely interested in me as a person and customer. My only complaint is not with him or dealership but GMC BUILT my TRANSMISSION and all like it with a flaw and I am not convinced it won’t fail on me. This needs to be addressed and a fix found.

Went in for my first oil change and tire rotation and everyone was amazing. I had never been there before, every person was so helpful and kind. I was trying to figure out a warranty and they helped me get it settled. EXCELLENT customer service! I will go there every time and send family/friends!

I was going on a trip out of state to see my grandkids. So I wanted to get a front end alignment on my truck and have them look over everything for me before I left. I had 2 different appointments earlier in the week but I had something come up both times and had to cancel. It was down to the day before I was leaving. They had told me when I canceled the last appointment to let them know as soon as I could get it up there, they would work me in.I gave them a call and they worked me in. They kept their word and I didn't have to wait as long as I had been told. I will definitely be back for future maintenance, etc.

Great service and very good people. Brought my truck in and was met by an awesome service advisor. He had the service technician diagnose it and found it needed a part replacement. He submitted all the necessary documents to get it ordered. Initially, I was told it was back ordered and possibly impacted by the current UAW strike. A day later I was contacted informing me the part was in thanks to their extra efforts. I highly recommend Glenn Polk Chevrolet in Sanger, Tx. Just ask for Chase.

Really great experience overall. Katlin was very accommodating and efficient. I bought my vehicle almost completely remotely, without a hitch. I spent about 20 minutes at the dealership to finalize documents, hand over the down payment and pick up keys. Can’t recommend Katlin enough.
