Erwin absolutely the greatest person I've ever met at any fast food restaurant like this. I didn't know it was closed the night I stopped and I'd never been there before he just so happen to be cleaning he said he promised to make it up if I come back the next night.. he kept his word and made friends ever sense then 🥰 y'all don't let that man go anywhere he's the best manager I've ever seen

This place has improved drastically before it was almost comparable to eating trash but I went today for the first time in a long time and was a pleasant surprise

I had stopped going to the Krystal because of poor food quality and very rude employees. Decided to give it a try tonight after a couple of months and it was superb!! Great customer service and the best Krystals I have had in a long time!!!

I went not being sure about driving there and the food bad or something after reading the reviews. Saw the dining room closed so knew short staffed. Mgr took my order, and it was huge, just her and one new kid. Waited maybe 10minutes and well worth it. Hot, fresh delish Krystal's. One car behind me waited maybe 2 min and left after saying ugly. They made a big mistake. If you don't mind the wait then it's so good.
They are short staffed so have patience and you will get good food.

My 7 year old grandson has never had a "Krystal"... so we went for breakfast. 4 sunrisers please.
It took a long minute to get them, as a person before me ordered 12.... a looooong minute.
The eggs are FRESHLY prepared with every order.
Upon the first bite, my grandson said, "definitely worth the wait".
I agreed. So delicious.
The staff at this location is very friendly and kind!

I’m so glad I stopped here to get my lunch. It was so good and the customer service was great. The sandwiches were so good. Thank you to the staff🫶🏾

I must say they only had 2 people working. They both were super friendly and were working extremely hard dealing with rude guests. As a restaurant manager myself I commend them. It’s hard to find quality staff these days. I can’t thank them enough they deserve a huge raise. I will definitely give them another shot.

Manager is super nice offered us both a free coke because the food took longer than expected

My favorite place in town acts like they are shutting down. I hope they get the employees and resources to keep going. When available great sliders. Menu has been decreased and always out of something or refuting to serve something. But when they do serve food its good.

Just had the best Krystal burger in 51 years of eating them in middle Tennessee. Chris is the most hospitable man I've crossed paths with in a while and Lindsey takes the time to cook your food as requested instead of the usual don't care attitude seen so much these days. Plain and simple it's nice to see young people with a good work ethic and a smile on their face and no I didn't know their names until asked. Not a inside job for a good review. Lol

I like to visit this location on my way home from work (about 4:00AM) and I will continue to stop here for my dinner every Saturday morning. There is always a wait because they make the food fresh. I'm usually asked to pull around by the front door and they have always brought my food out to me in a timely manner. I've never felt like a burden or unwelcome here. The staff is great and this is one of the few places I am willing to spend my money at during the night shift.

I stopped by there this morning around 10.40 am and Got me 10 krystals and the Girl at the window was so sweet I didn't Get her. Name she was working by herself so Give her a 💯 for Great service I know how it is working in a fast food Restaurant its not easy Believe I use to Do it Appreciate you so much thanks

Great place to eat. I drive all the way to Hendersonville and I live in goodlettsville. There's a crystal in goodlettsville also. But it's not worth the time or trouble to go there to get anything. Eight times out of 10 they get the order wrong. I just rather use my time to go to Hendersonville.

Didn't have to wait very long in drive through. Customer service was very nice.

Went through the drive thru and the lady who took my order was very friendly and when I got to the window she was smiling and repeated my order to me before I paid for it was making jokes with us I asked her name do I could tell people about her and it was Deborah. When we got our food it was all hot fresh and delicious we will be going back to that Krystal's.

The staff and even the customers, whom seem to be regulars at this Krystal offer such a warm and inviting atmosphere. I ordered, sat down and they brought my delicious food right to my table. They go above and beyond for a fast food restaurant.

The quality of the served food was noticeably better at this location than the Goodlettsville location and service was excellent!

I can't eat Krystal's every day, but I love them and they are so tasty, that when I do eat them I am glad for days! I have loved Krystal all my life.. I can remember when they were 10 cents . I still enjoy them today just a as much as u ever have. To me they are better than White Castles
