Hyatt Place Nashville/Hendersonville

This is the second year we have stayed at this location at Christmas time to be close to family. It is one of the nicest places we have stayed. Rooms are spotless , newly decorated, and very roomy and quiet. Breakfast is included each morning. Employees are nice and easy to check in and out. It is very convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. We hope to stay again to be close to family each Christmas 🎄

My husband and I stayed there from January 5th through the 8th of this month and we just checked out today and we really enjoyed our stay and it was our first time staying at a Hyatt Place and the front desk employees were all very nice and accommodating and we got to know a guy named Ray some and he's very nice as well and we will be staying at the location in Knoxville next time. Everything was very clean and we loved our room.

Stood 1 night, had a good experience. Just need to work on the eggs otherwise no complaints! Enjoy the lay out of the room. The room was spacious and clean. Beds were clean. Pillows were okay to soft for me. But enjoy the room!

Safe location, friendly staff, great breakfast, and the most COMFORTABLE beds! Best hotel bed I’ve ever slept in.

I like that it's located close to everything yet set back off the main street and it was quiet. When I asked questions at front desk, I was immediately assisted. Breakfast was hot and delicious and the general atmosphere was peaceful, which was welcome after a long day. Definitely stay here again!!

Good room rate, spacious rooms, nice complimentary breakfast, tiny bar with Grey Goose, among other things. Wonderful employees. Fantastic peanut butter cookies! I've stayed here many times and will stay many more. They do use down bedding but I had them remove it prior to my arrival due to severe allergies.

Nice hotel but they want to keep your deposit they owe me $45.00 they keep saying that it takes 5 days from you check out here it's been 16 days and I still haven't received anything

The room was clean and spacious. The complementary breakfast was great. Had many options and the food was good, very convenient!

I had an absolutely amazing stay here! Laura you were so helpful and kind to accommodate us so early in the morning. Your staff is amazing and the rooms are so clean! Old building or not your hospitality makes up for it ten fold! Even for an old building it was beautiful and spacious rooms. After a long night and walking out of your competitions places twice because of not wanting things to go home with me. I appreciated your wonderful and clean building. But most of all I needed that laugh we had Laura because I was so tired and stressed out. I will always ONLY STAY HYATT!!!

Myself, daughter and her children stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel was clean and the employees were outstanding. We were especially impressed by Oscar and Heather. My grandson left his 'lovie' in the room and we didn't realize it until we got back to NC. When we called, they located him, and mailed him to us . We are so grateful for this. This is where we will stay on our future trips to the area.

A friend recommended this place, and we hope to go back soon! Perhaps one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had: comfortable and clean facility, beyond our expectations breakfast, quiet location, super friendly and helpful staff that we ended up knowing by name by day 2 of 3, and smartly-laid-out room to have an extended stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, everything was really clean, the staff made sure any issues were resolved (our newly redone shower dripped, and they sorted it out), and we were very happy travelers. The one issue we encountered was a lack of places to hang a bath towel since there’s only a single hook on the back of the bathroom door (apart from the rack inside the shower), which is why the TV ended up as a towel rack. For a small space, it was very efficiently used to feel spacious and luxurious. There’s also a skinny closet to the right of the bathroom sink area, which fits clothing on hangers at an angle. We would much sooner stay out of downtown Nashville and enjoy the quiet, then head into the city when we want the excitement.

Great staff, Starbucks coffee and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was good but question whether eggs were real and not powdered. Website states real eggs. Fruit and yogurt, sausage and french toast were good but scrambled eggs a huge disappointment.

My rooms have always been very clean and well stocked with extra pillows, blankets ECT.
The staff is attentive. They have a decent breakfast and are well stocked with snacks. Conveniently located near shopping and most places deliver here.
I personally enjoy the size of the rooms. It's like a small apartment and moderately priced - for the money, you are much better off here!

I always try and stay at hyatt's during my travel. This one was good. The people at the front desk are always so nice. The only issue we had was there stains on our comforter, so we swicthed it out. Also the carpet could use a good cleaning as well.
Overall was a great stay!

I know a Hyatt is a Hyatt is a Hyatt but this one is different. The staff were super welcoming. There is a pool, bar, Starbucks and room service. The grounds are great for walking dogs and the inside made you want to hangout. Very quiet.

The breakfast is phenomenal! Rooms were great, bathrooms could use remodeling. But all in all great place to stay... and only 10 mins from where Johnny Cash and his wife are buried.

This hotel treated us very nice the staff is friendly the rooms are impeccable they have a great breakfast in the morning that's complementary. The wait staff and the house cleaners are great with great service and friendly atmosphere parking is good. Easy on to the premises and easy exit back to the main road. Book in advance because during holidays and conventions this hotel will fill up quickly.

This hotel was beautiful. Nice and quiet, super spacious room and the layout was great. Staff was exceptionally friendly, and they actually had breakfast options! Most places we've stayed at have done away with all food choices because of Covid which can make it tricky depending on local restaurant restrictions.

Guest services were great. Room was excellent no problems. Very clean. Would definitely stay again. If looking for more than 1-2 night stay might ask for room with a little more personal storage space there was no draw space and closet was very small. Since we were there for only one night it was fine. Staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay again.
