I needed to overnight something. Danielle greeted me as soon as I walked in, she made me feel welcome and was happy to help me. She was quick with the process, she was informative, and she was very warm and pleasant. I'm happy that I don't have to go anywhere else for all of my shipping needs.

The best! Customer service is A++ right from the first phone call to inquire about the process for fingerprints from International, to my calls for clarification and assisting with a shipping issue. I spoke with 2 different people and both were consistent with the customer service. Fast turn around. Would definitely do business here again.

This is a very efficient company. I live in Dublin, Ireland and needed to send my finger prints to Florida Board of Nursing. I called Mail & More customer service twice and they were so polite and professional each time in providing me with instructions. They uploaded my prints the same day the received it. I am so delighted. Highly recommend them

Mail & More packed two items for me that I won at a Rapid Estate Liquidators auction. These were very heavy and required a great deal of care to pack. Their experience in packing clearly showed; this was the best packing job I have ever seen, in the many years and many, many items shipped to me. All materials cut to fit, no empty spaces where items tend to move to and pulverize the packaging. This package arrived with minor exterior damage but internal packing (and the items) were completely undamaged. The price to pack and ship was more than competitive; I was actually surprised at how reasonable it was. I highly recommend Mail & More.

I needed to get my fingerprints done for submission to the FDLE. I drove around 15 or 20 minutes because the reviews here were promising. When I walked in, I was the only guest in the store. I was greeted by several team members. I told them what I needed, they gave me a form to fill out- which is short and easy, by the way- and they got right on it. The entire process was around ten minutes. Again, I was the only person there for this service, so I’m sure that will depend on how many people are in front of you.

While I was there, several guests came in for different services. Each guest was greeted promptly and each team member that interacted with us was VERY, very professional. I never got the feeling that they didn’t want to be there. That is something that we see way too often, especially right now. I heard not one complaint while I was in the store! They keep it very clean, as well. I am a big stickler for cleaning your workspace and I appreciate the standard that they set for themselves.

I would highly recommend this location for any service that they offer. I’m just really happy to see such professionalism and am really glad I chose to come over here!

Looking for honesty and integrity? Look no further. David went above and beyond responding to my emails and phone calls in a timely manner. Not only that but the century old porcelain antiques that were carefully and meticulously bubble wrapped and double boxed arrived all in one piece! David was professional and trustworthy throughout the entire process. This client is very happy and will use Mail & More again in the future.
