Behind the mask of the "Silver Tooth Looth", and 2nd stage name "Dr. Acula" is a kind, down to earth, and caring individual by the name of Josh Mihlek. Josh is a well known, renowned touring guitar tech and luthier for Killswitch Engage, Avenged Sevenfold, Dropkick Murphy's, and Thursday band. While not on the road, he works out of his basement for local customers within the New Jersey, New York, and Philadelphia areas. Josh has been my dedicated guitar luthier for the past 2 years and I'm here to tell you why I will never go to anyone else.

For his experience, Josh has great pricing for the work he does and will work with you on what he recommends to do for the specific guitar you bring him. He sets up my guitars EXACTLY how I like and want them. He has done a re-fret for me, has worked on every guitar I have owned. After his illustrious mojo and TLC, when I receive my guitar for a setup, it feels incredible: silky smooth, fast up and down the neck, low action and everything in between that I wanted. I could not recommend him more to anyone. He has worked on my Les Pauls, 7 string, acoustics, has done setups, upgrades, modifications, new nut installations and so much more. He is extremely communicative and helpful throughout the process.

When I dropped off my acoustic, it was in an unplayable state. After assessing the guitar, Josh let me know what issues were. He did a full set up and replaced the saddle. I picked up the guitar and it's playing great!
