Didn’t take long to get three keys made and they all worked. So much better than hunting someone down to make them for you. It’s the first time I’ve used one but it’s not the last !

I needed 2 keys. The process was easy to use giving you step by step instructions.

My house key I had copied worked just as well as the original. The most important feature to me is that the machine was in walmart, a store I shop at frequently. Therefore, I didn't have to make a special trip to the home improvement / hardware store that I could never seem to fit in my schedule. I just happened to pass by the machine while shopping for something else and was relieved that I was finally able to get my key copied. The cost was the same as the hardware store but It took less time to make. The automated system was quick and easy to use. Much better than other stores where I take the risk of getting an untrained employee making their key copying debut, who takes forever learning the process as they go, to make a copy which ultimately doesn't fit.
