I purchased a Shredder. The one recommended to me was on sale so I got it at a great price. Customer service was outstanding (this seems to be rare more and more in retail). The cashier even offered to carry it to my car for me. I was able to manage it but I appreciated the gesture. I will definitely shop there again.

Excellent customer service I came here due to an Amazon order and they could not find it We called Amazon no one knows where it went but they were excellent in getting the right thing and taking very good care of me I highly recommend this store.

I've been using their print services for YEARS for my digital art. At first as a hobbyist, now as a small business. And they have always been a dream to work with. Not accurate 100% of the time (I mostly blame the website for that), but happy to fix any errors in a timely and friendly fashion. Prints always look gorgeous and most importantly for me, CONSISTENT!! This location, specifically, is the only commercial print service I trust to get it done WELL and ON TIME!

Extremely impressed with the young man at the front of the store, He appeared to be either the store manager, or at least was in charge. I appreciated his ability and interest in helping customers speed through their transactions. Not often do I see someone who shows those traits that make customers glad that they shopped in such businesses.

I came in last week needing to make copies of my resume on nice paper and had a great experience there. I had truly no clue what I was doing. Haha! The associate who helped me was Bella and she was absolutely fantastic. She was so helpful to me from start to finish! Absolutely fantastic customer service!! And the copies of my resume were very nicely done for a great price too.

I went in to buy ink for my printer. The person at the cash register selected the correct ink for me and rang up my purchase. Very pleasant young man. I was in and out in no time!

They offer several options of each of the products I want, never seem to be out of stock, and introduce new products regularly. Staff are readily available and knowledgeable whenever I need assistance. They are a dependable resource for office type supplies and I recommend them.

I was looking for an office desk chair. Didn't want an inexpensive one that wouldn't last. Found a great chair - Serta 500 High Back Executive chair. The sales person, Jack, was so helpful. He urged me to sit in it for 10 minutes before purchasing to be sure it was comfortable. It was not cheap, but is well worth it. We were even able to use our Office Depot 20% off coupon on the chair! I'd recommend them highly.

Walked in ignored the person who greeted me and that didn’t keep them from being nice when I checked out. I appreciate that as I was in a rush and was focused on the goal to allocating the things I needed to quickly scoop. And the things I needed were on sale soooo I got better bang for my buck than if I had ordered online as well as had it immediately sooo Yeauh happy camper

took back a printer at the end of warranty period after HP tech support dropped my call 3 times and was told to buy 2 new cartridges which changed nothing. Store manager understood the problem and made the situation acceptable to me.
