Kristi Miles made this the BEST medical related appointment I have ever had! She made me feel so comfortable about the device. She was very thorough and explained everything so that I could understand. She was happy to answer questions and just had a great attitude! Terrific customer service!

Everyone was very nice and kind! I had got stuck in traffic and arrived passed my appointment time and everyone was very understanding. Kristen done a wonderful job explaining everything to me! It was a pleasant experience!

My technician did an excellent job of setting me up with equipment right for me, explaining its use, and answering all my questions. She also provided good, common sense advice to make becoming accustomed to use of the equipment easier.

I had the best experience at Gould pharmacy . The women that helped me both days were both so sweet and helpful . I give them a 10/10 . The first day I went the woman helping me noticed my crutches were all jacked up so she helped get them the right size for me . The next day when I went back to pick up my new knee scooter, I was greeted kindly at the door and the lady that helped me had a great sense of humor and got me set right up . There should be more customer service like this especially at the pharmacy

I just visited Gould’s Discount Medical, and worked with Paris. She was awesome. Not only was she professional, but very helpful in providing me some tips for making my machine run easier, and more comfortably.

HOPE. was very helpful. She was right on time, listened to my issues and made sure I had everything I needed and it all worked as it should. I can't say enough about how well my visit with her went. Too bad she can't be cloned because it would be wonderful to have more personnel like her. Thanks so much for such excellent customer service.

Kristi was AMAZING! She is so knowledgeable and fun! I couldn't have been matched up with a better person than her for introducing me to all-things C-Pap and breathing/sleep therapy. I loved her bubbly personality and down to earth approach to an experience that could be quite overwhelming. She's one of the best healthcare workers I've ever had the pleasure of meeting! Gould's is lucky to have her!!

Also, this is my first time ever setting foot in Gould's Discount Medical. And WOW what a fascinating establishment! I felt like someone let me into a giant, well-stocked supply closet at a fancy hospital! Looking down on the store from the second-floor balcony, I felt my eyes light up and my smile widen! Admittedly, I am ignorant to most-things medical/healthcare. So I wanted to see and touch everything! I didn't, because as a mature adult person I can practice a certain restraint and self-discipline in the public view. But inside my brain, I was the proverbial kid in a candy store.

I look forward to visiting again one day.

The are fine except for their Cpap department! They harass you ALL THE TIME to order supplies even when you don’t need them! I have a year’s supply and they want to keep sending me stuff! Just because the insurance will pay for it, doesn’t mean I need it!!!

Was greeted immediately at the top of the stairs. very 'real' and welcoming. Waited only 3-4 minutes. name was called and I went right back. the lady was very thourough and explained everything clearly. questions were all answered and I left. Thank you.

Calling to check on usage and supplies is awesome. Your concern and help in getting me the correct equipment means the world to me. It makes adjusting to my new sleeping pattern easier when I am not worried about running out of supplies.

After an unsuccessful attempt with CPap equipment 5 years ago, I came into Adapt feeling cautious and a little anxious. My educator, Kristi, was knowledgeable, organized and kind. I left feeling equipped for my new chapter and hopeful. Thank you!

Kristen was great with explaining the system to me. Highly recommend! I have never dealt with a mask fitting. She was very good with listening to me.

They always have my back. Delivery the next day and in a pinch the same day. We had a power outage that was going to last for a couple of days. I couldn’t use my concentrator so I started using my small tanks which were not going to last very long, so within three hours they brought out the large tanks for me to get me through the up coming days.

The staff at Aero-Care Gould's are so nice they help you with anything you need. I could not speak highly enough of those folks. They were wonderful service guys are just as well I definitely gonna stay with Areo-Care/Gould's

I went with my significant other who will be using the CPAP machine. Kristen was friendly, very professional and thorough educating us on the machine. Very patient and was glad to answer any questions we had.

I appreciate that Greg was professional, polite and welcoming. My eternal gratitude for being seen promptly and for the extra step Greg took with regard to my mother's CPAP modem. Thank you so much.

My doctor ordered me a back brace to support my lumber spine a hospital bed to give my back,knees support an my hoyer lift that i will receive tomorrow your pharmacy is awesome on medical supplies and your employees are very nice and curtious and friendly they always tend to me other customers very well thank you all so much

Great sales and delivery. They took the time to help me in selecting the best lift chair for me and the options that I wanted and needed. Very knowledgeable sales staff. Highly recommended.

The only thing I don’t like is the fact you only get twelve of the small tanks of oxygen at a time. They only deliver once a month. My husband is on 6 to 8 liters of continuous oxygen. I like the service we receive. Mark makes you feel like we are family members.
