Staff is great I love these Bose headphones 🎧 Bose noise reduction and with bass They fit good over my ears and don't hurt my head or my ears 😀 I would recommend these to anyone.

This guy at the front door, maybe he is a greeter/security, was super nice in pointing me in the right direction. Unfortunately, I did not get his name.
The phone guys are knowledgeable and helpful. I prefer going here to get a new phone than the actual phone carrier for this reason and because of best buys protection plan.

I enjoyed my experience here; unfortunately, it was because of a pc problem. Understandably, it could not be fixed -- and it was a miscommunication that I was unable to get my pc back from service nor a data transfer. Make sure you get data backup before any service!

I was refunded the full price of my pc, taxes and the repair fee since it did not get repaired. I've purchased another computer with the in-store credit and we'll see how that goes.

A was great, paid for the item I wanted they told me where to pickup and let me know when it was ready, walked in to store and went to pickup counter and pulled up item showed ID and was back out the door in less than 5 minutes. I definitely will be doing business with them the same way from now on, thanks Best Buy!

Went here to buy a new monitor for my PC. I told them my specs and budget and the agent I spoke to found the perfect fit. I recommend this Best Buy

I'm rating it 5 stars because Malcom (the guy at the front) was awesome & he took his time to help me out with my phone (because everyone else was busy) even though he was clearly super busy trying to run the front & help everyone out.

I typically never shop at this store. I decided to try them again. The service team members working on the floor were REALLY knowledgeable and friendly. The price was actually the "Best Buy" and I am happy with the product and the service.

Fast and easy. I made an order online for pickup. Went there, noticed I had ordered the wrong thing for one of my items. I meant to order a 3 pack but ordered a 2 pack. Simply walked over to customer support, exchanged it and paid the difference and was out. I was in there for maybe 5-8mins

I wanted some computer component upgrades for my aging pc. Not only were the in store associates amazing but so was phone support. Sevan ( I hope I've spelled his name correctly) went above and beyond getting my items while I waited in store and was extremely helpful. There were also 2 women who were an absolute delight to "hang" with while I was waiting at the customer service desk. Some of the best customer service I've had in a long time- both in store and on the phones!!!

We had a great sales person who was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions we got a good deal on a new TV. Calvin is excellent

I had not been inside of a Best Buy in years. It seemed kind of unorganized but the customer service was great. I didn't have to search for anyone at all. I had two or three people ask me if I needed help. I was helped by Elijah and Preston.

I needed a new laptop. They have a decent sale on a good HP. I ordered it for pickup and somehow the order (I took a picture of it) didn't go through on their end, but it wasn't a problem. There were plenty in stock.

This best buy is no different than any other. I like best buy as a whole for their competitive prices, friendly service and easy to navigate return policy.

There was a slight delay at the online pickup counter so the greeter came and proceed my order. Great service

Layout and visual appearance changes often. Currently everything is on open display with nice and wide aisles. Store is visibly clean and staff are respectful.

They took back an Amazon TV that the shipper left a foot print shaped crack in screen. They are set up for that so not cheating them or anything. Thank you for your help.

Got my daughter an ipad for Christmas. Their customer service is excellent. They helped me every step of the way!!!
