AT&T Store

Travis was helpful, friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. He knew his products, services, pricing, and how they all mesh together to create the somewhat confusing cacophony that is the modern cell phone billing statement. Wait time was non-existent and I had cordial interactions with the other staff members, as well. Highly recommend 10/10.

(Isaiah) at AT&T, 3014 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Ky - Representative was very pleasant and professional. He is very knowledgeable about AT&T services and cell phones. He is the friendliest Rep. that I have ever dealt with at an AT&T store, and I have been with AT&T since 1990-1991. Honestly, I would give him a 10 based on his knowledge and personality! He is a great asset to AT&T!

Louiseville Bardstown road store. Great experience getting new phone and watch. Travis was great to work with; he was helpful and very patient with all my questions and request to see the different products and options.

Phenomenal store. Yes, your cat might have might diarrhea and you think you’re to be treated with kitten’s gloves.

The employee Mike at the Bardstown Rd store was the most helpful person I have wver spoken or dealt with from ATT. He truly cared and got my situation resolved immediately, and it wasin’t a easy one either!!! Thank you so much Mike!!!!

Went to store on Friday knowing what I needed. Travis greeted me as I walked in. Was helped very quickly. He gave me options and explained everything thoroughly. It was the best experience I’ve had a cellular store in years.

Travis was an unusually helpful customer service rep, answering all our questions and catching several items such as the need for more memory space. He even gave us restaurant recommendations while we were transferring data!

This AT&T store was extremely helpful in replacing my old device with a new iPhone. They were knowledgeable, quick at servicing their customers, and very helpful in general. I also have been to this store when they were packed full of customers and the employees were calm, collected and very friendly... as friendly as possible while multi-tasking the heck out of some high tech, high class, jerks of world customers. Overall an excellent experience all around.

I came in yesterday afternoon and Aaron set me and appointment to come back and got me with Isaiah (I think was his name). Isaiah was great! Seriously- being on the floor basically alone for the first bit of my visit & a line forming behind me, he didn’t sweat at all! Got me a new pretty phone & some accessories all in under an hour from scratch. Great job, guys!

I had a great experience. Aimee and the manager was able to give me the best bang for my buck and resolved any and all concerns I had. I recommend anyone who is looking to switch or interested in finding a phone and service that best fits their needs to go to that store.
