We purchased a machine from Vending Concepts TX so glad that we did. Our small business is located in Utah, and the service we have gotten from Vending Concepts TX is nothing short of excellent. Today they even help me install a credit card reader that was not theirs that they supplied. Excellent job.

I couldn't be happier!! I recently purchased two machines to go with our newly renovated break room. I recommend you at least give Vending Concepts a call before you purchase machines from anyone else. The sales staff was completely courteous and knowledgeable. The delivery crew was very professional and were able to bring in the new equipment and remove the old without damaging any of our new walls(even though it seemed like there was no way they could get the machines to fit through the doorways & small hallways). The delivery crew also were very knowledgeable about the machines and after their quick training I was able to reprogram pricing, by myself, after they left. Call them and ask for Jon! (you wont be sorry)

After some ongoing issues with our machine, and lack of service companies in our area able to service and repair our machine, Vending Concepts was willing to buy back our vending machine. They did everything they could on their end to try and help us get the vending machine back in working order but the time and money we invested into our machine wasn't worth the return so we decided to sell the vending machine back as we explore new ventures. It was the best option for us as we are no longer looking to vend and they are picking up the machine for us which saves us a lot of shipping headaches. If you are looking to purchase a vending machine in the future we would recommend Vending Concepts as they do strive to provide excellent service.

In Feb 2021 I purchased a refurbed snack machine and a refurb soda machine for my office from Vending Concepts. I can't say enough of how great I was treated by John Carnes at Vending Concepts. I am a rookie with vending machines and John was patient and took the time to explain my options. The refurbed snack machine looks brand new and the Dallas Cowboys soda machine is a big hit with my employees. John explained Vending Concepts is very careful that everything is in good working order before they deliver or ship a used vending machine. John Carnes made me a Vending Concepts customer for life!

All-around a great company to work with. The purchase process was quite easy. The employees have great communication and are very helpful. I would say one of the best things was when I received my machine it was already set up so all I had to do was load my machine with product and it was ready for use. I am quite happy with Vending Concepts and I will definitely be purchasing another machine in the future with them.

I wanted to take the time to rereview , in the beginning it was a little rocky and I think for me it was more Deja-vu and being on edge after dealing with another well known vending company and getting screwed on a purchase.. But I can say that Vending Concepts really came through and now I have a sense of relief and will definitely do business with them in the future . Bought my first vending machine with Vending Concepts. A little pricier than what I hear most Vending Influencers say you should spend, but for someone starting up in vending, I wanted to buy a machine that was thoroughly looked over, serviced and vetted by trained professionals. I want this experience to be smooth as possible and so far it has been. Totally worth it! Great service from the sales team, oh and also they include live video support to trouble shoot your machine if something ever happens to it. Being new to this, I don’t know as much as a veteran vending machine operator yet, so I’m most likely buying a few more from them. I recommend them 100%

As a business owner, I know great customer service when I see it and vending concepts takes pride in theirs! I’ve purchased 13 machines from vending concepts and they have gone above and beyond to keep me satisfied long after my purchases. Their tech team alone is worth purchasing from them. Jon LaVilla, Steve Thomas, and Rolando are rockstars. Responsive and helpful. Great work guys!

These guys really helped me. I needed a snack machine for my best vending location. John Carnes was awesome and found one for me the same day and got me back on the road with a location ready unit. The machine looks good and is working as promised so far. The only thing I wish they did different is I wish they would have a selection of machines tested and ready to install bill changers/coin mechs and card readers. They were able to help me though and I will most likely buy from them again.

I am very happy to write this review. I believe that the character of a company cannot truly be tested until things "don't go the way they are supposed to". In this respect Vending Concepts has far exceeded my expectations! These are just some highlights I want to mention:
• Helpful and positive receptionists (Teresa and Sally) that have NEVER made me feel like a bother.
• Incredibly knowledgeable sales staff (Lou and JC) and technicians (too many to list).
• Extremely thorough machine preparation and testing procedure.
• Free hands-on training on using your machines on site (in my case from Rolando).
• Great delivery service handled by Vending Concepts directly if in the DFW area.
• Lifetime technical support!
I chose to personally purchase and install my own credit card readers (a service Vending Concept does provide). This turned into a weeklong headache. I will spare all the details, but essentially there was a bit of a grey area when ordering one of my machines. Instead of being difficult and claiming its not their problem, Vending Concepts worked with me to get the machine to where is needed to be, no extra charge! Not to mention the MANY calls and video chats to troubleshoot, diagnose, and get the machine properly configured. Since then, I have bugged them with minor questions here and there…AGAIN never feeling rejected!
Vending Concepts is a great company and has an incredible staff, 5/5 recommend.

Jon and his team were helpful from start to finish. I have never owned a drink vending machine before I bought one from him. I had a ton of questions when I was getting mine going. Jon was very quick to respond and willing to help at all times. Great experience.

We picked up two machines from them for our sports gym. Both machines have been working well and we have had great success with them so far. I have been searching for a used vending machine for well over a year, slowly trying to learn what the market is but I was nervous to pull the trigger.

I finally figured it was time to make it happen and I was about to buy a used machine from another website but I struck gold and found Vending Concepts!

For about the same price, why would I buy something 10 years old!?!?!

I got a brand new combo machine for our office. It arrived in about 10 days and we had it up and running in no time.

We weren't sure about a couple of things during set up and Jon answered every question in no time. Now everyone is enjoying the vending machine with no issues! Highly recommend!
