I'm a frequent flyer here at UbreakIfix so I have to say I trust these guys with my most prized possession.... My Samsung s20 plus BTS edition phone... they've given my phone literally 9 lives. The guys were very courteous, knowable and capable and able to get my tablet up and running again. The other place I went to said it probably couldn't be repaired at a cost-effective price. I'm very happy and I will go back if I need further Android services.

My Samsung Galaxy Note 22 decided to not work. The screen only had input at the bottom half. Freaking out I rant to AT&T and they sent me to these guys. Aliyah was working the front counter. She was super friendly and very helpfull. Told me the screen repair will be about 2 hours. Less than 2 hours later, I got a call that my phone was ready. Emilio did a fantastic job on my phone. It's as good as new.
I am very greatful to these guys for saving my phone and getting it working in a very professional, friendly & efficient manner.

I was sent here by my AT&T phone insurance and THEY WERE AWESOME!!! I have to say the sweet girl who worked there, fixed my phone in a fraction of the time they first said. Way faster than those “mall kiosks”!
I would only take my broken screens here to get fixed! Customer service was amazing!

They were so kind and generous. My power button on my Samsung Phone was not working, so they took it in the back for about 20 minutes and got it completely fixed. The guys didn't charge us anything! It was a smaller problem for sure, but that was still so incredible of them. They were very thorough in checking every possibility and seem to care deeply about the phone's importance to the customer. Will 100% go back again.

Broke my phone and began searching online for a repair shop. I came across one nearby and decided to give them a try. Upon arriving at the shop, I was warmly greeted by Brandon, who exuded professionalism and politeness. He provided me with various options for repairing my phone and guided me towards the best choice. I followed his suggestion and I am extremely satisfied with the outcome. I feel compelled to emphasize an incident where Brandon truly showcased his exceptional professionalism: when he was confronted by a disrespectful customer. Despite the challenging situation, Brandon maintained his composure and handled it with grace and dignity. His ability to handle difficult customers with such professionalism is truly commendable. Edison is very knowledgeable and helpful! He found out the root cause in less than an hour and offered solutions . You can tell they are genuine and look out for you . Issue with my Samsung phone has been resolved

Brandon was very professional. Not only was he extremely helpful he also educated me on the full advantages of having the membership. Ours was already expired and it’s because of his dedicated time spent allowing me to understand the importance is why I decided to reinstated. You guys are very lucky to have him. I dropped my Google pixel 6 pro, the screen cracked, otter box didn't help because it landed just right.

I did order some glass screen protectors for new screen.

They replaced my screen same day.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt for the public, I will. UBreakIFix in Thousand Oaks has an employee named Brandon. Real good guy. He took the time to show me how I would actually save money by enrolling in some deal they have going, so I did….He could have easily charged me more for my repair but he had MY back & I got to say…I appreciated that! (I wish they had a better ‘phone’ ☎ service though)

Austin was super helpful. He went above and beyond in helping me diagnose my problem and gave me tips to replace the broken part myself. I really appreciate any company that is willing to help their customers out and not focus on making money. It’s like a Miracle on Thousand Oaks Blvd.!!!

Amazing service every time! Super competent, professional and honest. I've been here multiple times and they always fix my phone right the first time, with reasonable prices and fast service. I went in yesterday because my phone went swimming when I fell in the water, they looked at it while I waited, and instead of selling me the repair told me I'd be better off buying a newer replacement phone. They offered up suggestions for a good replacement, and then checked around for availability and best price at local retailers, going way beyond all my expectations. Plus they didn't even charge me for looking at my phone to diagnose all the problems! These guys are the best, and I'll definitely be back the next time my phone has a problem

Cracked screen on my iPhone 12 Pro was professionally replaced and it works like new again! Repair time took over an hour, but happy to wait as long as the repair was done correctly.
