A business trip brought me to Salt Lake City, UT and to my surprise discovered there was a Tecovas here. I’ve already been to the Austin, TX store. Decided to stop in. Along with their amazing boots, were their equally amazing and knowledgeable staff. Thank you ‘Uriah’ for making my visit extraordinary. I’m always impressed by the welcoming atmosphere of the Tecovas experience. Uriah was patient and very knowledgeable about boot fitment. Impressively, all the staff wore Tecovas boots- to me, it tells me they believe in the product. Wear it. And can speak to the quality. I came in for some goat suede zip-up boots, but decided on the black cherry Nile crocodile zip-up boots—You only live once! But visiting Tecovas, one feels like you’d want to live over and over in there. If you’re in Salt Lake City, the Tecovas at City Creek Center is worth stopping by. Uriah and all the staff will welcome you!

Uriah was very helpful while helping me pick out my first two pairs of Tecovas boots! I got the Bodie and Luke. They are super comfortable and I wear them almost every day. The environment of this store is very welcoming and definitely stands out from the rest of City Creek Mall. I haven’t seen customer service like this in a long time. Highly recommend getting your boots here.

Seriously cant brag enough on the gal helping me - I live out of state and Makayla went above and beyond to ensure I got the boots I wanted at the price I needed. She contacted my store here in Scottsdale and followed up with me over the course of a whole day to make sure I was guided through the whole process. THIS is what customer service looks like! Give her a raise!

Absolutely a 5-Star experience. Was super excited to see a Tecovas opening up here in UT. Went in wanting to buy a pair of Cartwright's, and was very impressed by the experience. Justin was super helpful making sure that I got the exact right fit for my boots, helping me for probably close to an hour to make sure I got the exact right pair that fit me. Giving me advice on boot feel, wear, etc... Everyone was incredibly nice and even gave me a can of water which was an unexpected but really nice touch. I never leave reviews for stores, but I was so blown away by the over the top customer service and welcoming atmosphere that I felt like this deserved one. Keep it up guys!

I came in to get my first pair of boots from Tecovas and was not disappointed! Uriah was so sweet and helpful, I had my daughter with me and she played with her and was so patient while I tried on everything! I cant wait to wear my new boots this weekend, thanks guys!

Just stopped by to exchange sizes on a pair of boots I bought for myself and a pair I bought for my girlfriend. Justin helped us for probably 30 minutes and was just awesome. Super attentive, patient and friendly. Store is very nice, but Justin really the aspect of the experience that made sure we will come back again.

I recently visited the Tecovas boot store in Salt Lake City, Utah, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The store had a cute & rustic charm, complementing the high-quality of Tecovas boots. The staff's knowledge and friendliness made the shopping process enjoyable, and their willingness to assist in finding the perfect fit was evident. They spent time asking my preferences, and were SO patient while I tried things on to find the perfect pair. Overall, a visit to this Tecovas store is a must for anyone seeking a cute, sturdy pair of boots and an outstanding shopping experience.

Super friendly and inviting atmosphere. store. I’ve been to this location once before when my friend bought her first pair of cowboy boots. I decided to pull the trigger and buy a new pair of boots for myself. They were running a deal for Black Friday that I couldn’t pass up. The staff was great and helped me out with the boots I wanted. I got The Cartwright in Scotch Goat. Love the look of the leather and they feel great! It’s always an awesome experience going into a Tecovas store.

Harper was absolutely awesome!! Super professional and helped me pick out a great pair of boots. He was very knowledgeable on their construction and specs but what made it such a pleasant experience, was the fact Harper went out of his way to overdeliver on customer service!

I could not recommend this store enough! The selection in both boots and sizes was impressive. The staff was very helpful and made the shopping experience fun. Boot branding was done complementary in store. The location is excellent. I will be coming back!

I was out shopping with my son. We seen your store location in Salt Lake City, Utah. I am familiar with the brand being in the western industry myself. Justin Warner greeted me and pulled a couple boots for me to try on. I absolutely loved The Abby. They felt great instantly. Justin was exceptional in customer service. Thank you for such a great experience!

My experience here was great because of Makayla. She is a gem! She patiently helped me try on many pairs of boots until I decided on the perfect pair. She was very knowledgeable about the products and her information helped me choose. I also bought a cute leather tote, socks, and a wallet. I really enjoyed this store. I was so surprised to receive such attention and I appreciated Makayla's professionalism. I love my new boots! Thanks Makayla!

I went in to try on a shirt. There were two guys and two girls working and it was probably one of the best shopping experiences I've had. The two guys helping me were extremely kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to make my experience positive. Excellent customer service.

Awesome customer service, I quick stopped in before a meeting and Justin was friendly and super helpful. Wanted to stop back in to buy the boots before my flight but I ran out of time. Will definitely come back here for those boots.

I purchased a pair of boots last month in the Plano, TX store. The color that I wanted was not available in the store, so I made the purchase in the store and had the boots shipped to my home address in Utah. I was told in the store that if I had any issues or concerns then I could visit the newly opened Tecovas store in Salt Lake City and they would take care of me.

Unfortunately, the boots I received fit very differently from those I tried in the store. So today I took them to the SLC store and ended up exchanging them for a different boot.

The SLC store employees were very helpful, patient, and friendly. Specifically, I was assisted by Uriah and Amelie. Justin, the store manager, also provided great boot insights. I tried on probably 12 pairs of boots before finding the ones that fit. They didn't flinch at all and ultimately helped me find something I am satisfied with.

I recognize that the SLC store has been open for only about a month. But based on my experience they are delivering really great customer service. Tecovas has done a good job in hiring and training people of this caliber, and for prioritizing customer service.

Went in just to browse. Such a great experience. No pressure to buy but a lot of help to get the right fit and color. And went out of their way to make us comfortable while shopping. Felt like a luxury experience with the complementary water. Of course ended the trip with an excellent pair of boots and jeans.

Great customer service! They even gave me a coozie and a sparkling water while I shopped! And to my surprise, they have boots that actually fit my muscular calves 😉

Harper did such a stellar job with us in Waco and did not disappoint yet again in Salt Lake.
10/10 experience.
