Extremely courteous and timely. Had a broken phone screen. He said it would be done at a specific time and it was. Even put our new phone case on for us. Only complaint would be the price but I think it's probably comparable to others in the phone repair business. I like that it was ready in a couple of hours, not days. Friendly, fast, and professional service.

My phone’s replacement battery was in stock and I was able to schedule and complete its replacement at my convenience within a few hours, same morning I scheduled it. The service was prompt and the tech was knowledgeable and courteous. I would return here for repairs and would recommend Batteries & Bulbs in West Sacramento.

I had a tip of a charger break off into my phones charging port. Corey was able to see and fix the problem very quickly.

What a great store!! Vitali was very professional and replaced my iPhone battery, applied a new screen protector and changed the battery in the key FOB for my SUV, all in about 20 minutes. Couldn’t be happier
