My go-to in Jackson. Absolutely delicious traditional food! So much better than the other Mexican restaurants in town. Fun, friendly, lively, colorful, and tasty!

Honestly, it’s some of the best Mexican food I’ve had. This is definitely worth a visit if you are in Jackson.

Everything was delicious!! It was our first time here and we loved everything. I had the “Bandeja paisa” a famous Colombian dish I ate it all!! Really good mixture of all types of Latin American food. :) definitely has become one of my favorite spots in town. I order all the time for lunch and the service is excellent! I recommend it 100%.
They have passion fruit drinks which are my favorite and very hard to find anywhere else!!

I saw a review that said “best Mexican food in Jackson”, and my god they were right. I had to go a second time it was just that good.

Kalu is great! (Local!) family owned and operated. Their tacos Al Pastor are the best in town, actually made on a trompo, the vertical rotisserie. I like that they have some other dishes from Latin American countries too, that’s unique. However when I eat here I go for Mexican. Staff are friendly and obviously want to get things right. Kalu also has fun events like Latin dance nights and other parties. Great place to hold your private event as they are very accommodating to your vision and needs. Also Tuesdays they have a great deal on Tacos, $3.50 each or something like that!

Their special was a large bowl of spicy shrimp soup. It was ample, and for a hot (in both senses) bowl on a frigid day is hard to beat. Service is friendly, and the ambiance is spacious and festive.

Our meals were delicious! The salsa, guacamole, and sauce for the tacos were all spot on! We also had Pork Belly. Never tried this before and it was delicious. Oh, and try the Cafe de olla 😀 We’ll be back!

Kalu has a laid back but funky atmosphere to it that makes dining fun. Yummy food and margaritas. The Taco Tuesday deals are something you do not want to miss!!

Simply the best Latin American food we have experienced. My husband had the tacos and I ordered the taco salad. Fresh ingredients and just the right seasoning made for a delicious lunch. Prompt service and reasonable prices was a plus. We definitely revisit when in Jackson!

Excellent!!! I had a few friends throw a very last minute party here. Staff was extremely kind and accommodating. Food was great. Drinks were delicious and well priced. We had our own DJ, they set up a booth and lights for him. We had the most fun here partying late into the night! Thank you to the very helpful and lovely staff for helping our friends live all their party dreams!! Yes, there was crowd surfing involved…

Vibes are top notch, food was delicious. I had the taco salad and the fajitas, can't post a picture because I finished it so fast. The taco bowl for the salad was crunchy and tasty.

Great experience with a veggie burrito (vegan). Sizable portion and service attentive and kind.

In this beautiful place named Jackson Hole WY we found a great restaurant Kalu in our way to Salt Lake , with international food and great staff, cozy and clean place we enjoyed some fajitas 😋 😋 You can try it 😀

Came here for lunch and had the quesabirria tacos, which were delicious! Service was great. There’s an upstairs so this place is quite large. Would come here again just for the tacos.

We loved this restaurant!!!! The food was excellent along with the staff. We were quickly seated and the singer was 10 stars. We highly recommend this restaurant. 👌

Kind staff, great prices, no wait at dinner time and delicious food! As a frequent visitor to Jackson, it's become frustrating when you can't find any dinner reservations or overpay for sub-par food. KALU was exactly what we needed. The menu has so many options, it was difficult to choose a plate to order. Our waitress was incredibly kind and we were able to sit down immediately. I hope more people visit Kalu because it will now be our go-to dinner spot in Jackson.

Best Latin American food I ever had!! I would recommend the grilled chicken! They even gave free candy at the end!! I would definitely come here again!

I was born and raised in México so I can tell what is good Mexican food and what is not. This place serves GOOD Mexican food. The restaurant looked really good, The service was outstanding, the waitress went above and beyond going to Starbucks to get a coffee for me because they didn’t have coffee. Kudos to all!
