The Staff are Gracious, Delightful, so Friendly, Happy, and Best, Attentive without being too much.

Unbelievable! The Grilled Vegetables were Sooo flavorful. My Wife could not Rave about them enough or eat enough. I almost didn't have enough to put on my Fajitas. lol.
And it was a Big Portion!
Try the Margaritas, very Good. Hope you can hold your liquor. They don't skimp. We had to go back, and we did. Everything was even better. Go Enjoy

We really enjoyed our meal here! Coming from Canada, we’re deprived of good Mexican food and this really hit the spot … large portions, quick and friendly service, delicious food. Was craving fish tacos and got exactly what I wanted. On the pricier side, but wouldn’t expect less from a tourist town.

The food here was really really good!! We were waited on by Jesus, who was a really friendly and helpful server. He gave us good recommendations on the dishes, and went above and beyond by recommending activities around the Grand Teton area. We had the birria tacos, carne asada quesadillas, and fajitas. All of which was excellent!! We’ll definitely come back for the food and for Jesus!!

Great salsa, fast service. It’s great Latin food with a twist that includes a punch of flavor and pleasing presentation.

Was my first time in Wyoming and had no clue what kind of food I should eat while there.
Well I found out, there Mexican food competes with some of the best around the country. Would come here again to eat.

Service was great, food was also great, and the design theme was super fun with a lot of Mexican inspiration and artwork with piglets like the restaurant's namesake. It is definitely Tex-Mex, so don't be totally expecting a traditional Mexican experience, but they definitely did a great job. I would highly recommend.

Nice little Tex-mex place. Used the join the waitlist on Google maps. Had a 6 - 16 minute wait and only took 6 on a busy Wednesday. We shared the Bueno Nachos with ground beef between 2 people. And also the small queso. Food was quick and tasted good. Lots of cheese layers in the nachos. They have 2 bathrooms for women (senoras and senoritas). Server was nice and made recommendations when we asked what to get. We weren’t super hungry at the time so we went with an appetizer. Prices are expected for tourist town. Would eat there again.

One of the best Mexican food in Jackson town. Very busy place even during weekdays in the summer months, I would recommend coming in and get in line. There is no online or over the phone reservation. We were group of 16 and the accommodated us very well (around 25-30 min wait on Tuesday evening at 6 pm). Service was great. Even the kids loved the food. Out of all, my favorite was flaming, sizzler type fajitas and chipotle sauce on the side !! Their Tax-Max bowl is awesome too. It has a street parking but busy place and took about five or 10 minutes to find a spot. I would visit this again when back in Jackson town.

I went here and enjoyed a happy hour and sat at the bar. Our waiter said he was not full time there but he was excellent. The food was good and the drinks were delicious (margaritas) we ended up using their happy hour specials for food and drinks mainly. Encourage you to check it out!

Twisted cowboy dip was very good.

This is a must. Food was delicious, chips and salsa to start with drinks. We ordered chicken Fiesta, chicken bowel, original tacos and enchiladas. All were so delicious, I had to taste it all and wanted it all. We ordered for 7 people and meals were pretty big, if you are going with kids they can definitely split a regular meal.

We had the nachos and queso dip. The nachos were great there was more than just toppings on top it was layered and the queso was good with a large portion. Service was on point we didn’t have to ask or wait for anything. Do join the waitlist online to save time.

A really good meal. Chips and salsa were fantastic for starters. I had the Piglet Sampler, an "old school" taco, an enchilada, and one mini chimichanga all stuffed with shredded beef topped with a mild sour cream sauce. Every bite was delicious. Our server was really nice and attentive as well.

Came here per recommendation of my brother. Great atmosphere, the waiter was very helpful, he never introduced himself so don't know his name haha
It had a great atmosphere! The food was fresh and very good! I was a little worried about the price but, the portions/quality was worth it! I had the fajitas, it was amazing! Great job!

Friend and I went for dinner on a Saturday evening in September. The place was packed. We had to sit at the bar. There complimentary serving of chips and salsa is huge. The twisted cowgirl dip was amazing, certainly one of the best dips we'd ever tasted. I had the Piglet Sampler, and liked all the main things. There's a lot of rice and salad in there, which was a bit much after all the chips and dips. Service is a bit on the slower side.

OK YUM. The shredded chicken classic tacos I had were out-of-this world juicy and flavor packed. Amazing portions of meat and delicious choices such as fried avocado tacos. Variety of tequilas and other alcohol. OUR WAITER WAS SOOO NICE 🤩🤩

Loved our experience here! Such a fun atmosphere and decorated beautifully. Decent space between tables and prompt service. This place had the best prices and had GREAT flavors! We got the guac and queso, and both were great. In our group, we ordered the Fiesta chicken, four different tacos, the Piglet sampler (which was an enchilada, taco and a mini chimichanga), and another dish I don't remember. Everyone enjoyed everything, except for me. Haha, I liked my fiesta chicken, I just did not LOVE it. Just grilled chicken that comes on a hot skillet which eventually overcooks it, melted cheese galore and rice. Underwhelming and I don't recommend it, but I do recommend the restaurant and the other dishes! Also ordered the strawberry jalapeño margarita and that was good!

Not cheap, but nothing is in Jackson. Service wasn't terrible, but wasn't exceptional either. Was super busy when we were there, but food came out relatively quickly. Free Chips and salsa are good. Salsa is a little on the tomatoey side, but they give you a big bowl of it and a large basket of chips. Wife had the flautas and loved them. I had a shredded beef taco salad and it was very big and pretty tasty. We also ordered the grilled jalapenos and we quite liked those. Our friends ordered one of each of their street tacos (9 total) and really like all of them. We all left very full and happy.

This is a must stop for us when we go to Jackson. The food is always great. This time we got some of the special hot verde sauce on the chili relleno. It had great flavor and a ton of heat!

Merry Piglets is always a good choice. We've eaten here many times, but on this trip, we came with a handful of food restrictions (gluten free, vegan/vegetarian) and our server, Bri, was so helpful! We found multiple options on the menu, and she helped us modify them further as needed. She was also super attentive & great with our toddler.
