Absolutely the best customer service I've ever received. It's LV, so I was expecting good service, but they went above and beyond. We were in between travel and in plain clothes, so some of the salespeople dodged us (which is to be expected, unfortunately). I'm glad they did, though, because Max appeared out of thin air and instantly became our best friend. He was so genuine, nonjudgmental, and kind. He got us seats, sparkling water, made us comfortable, and started bringing any and every bag my wife wanted to see for her to personally check out without lifting a finger herself, way before he even knew we planned on making a few decent-sized purchases. He gave us his work phone and has been in contact ever since. I was and still am very impressed. They landed a lifelong customer, that's for sure.

This is a large Louis Vuitton store, leading to a spacious and comfortable shopping experience. Both Hermes and this Louis Vuitton are conveniently across the walkway from each other.

The store was brightly lit with products carefully displayed. The mannequins were fitted just perfectly, which shows the care the associates put in to ensure Louis Vuitton's excellent quality shines through.

This would be the LV store to visit if you're on the west coast area.

We had originally came in to the store
to just browse around and at first sight there wasn’t anything that had caught my eye. I remember telling my partner about getting matching bracelets and an advisor overheard and had immediately set us up with Brandon. Although the bracelets weren’t a focus within the whole process, I did walk out with a very beautiful bag that fits into every category that I had wished for. Every bag I wanted to see, Brandon had no problem taking it down to show me. He offered care instructions for the bag and had spectacular customer service. I couldn’t have asked for anything better! Shoutout to Brandon for being such an awesome advisor!

I love this store! If I could give this place 20/5 stars instead of 5/5 I would! Everyone here has exceptional customer service. They are all kind and friendly. You get greeted at the door and helped right away. Everything went smooth with all my questions answered. I came in to repair my vintage monogram pegase 55. The wheels were all banged up and told me the repairs may take up to 6 months. But with some kind of miracle it was repaired in a month! And it was complimentary! My SA left me with a shopping bag, dust bag, and a rain coat for my luggage on my way out. This was just an amazing start to my day. I hope everyone here has great things coming their way because they very much deserve only good things. Thank you Louis Vuitton!

I simply must give a resounding shoutout to Mr. Max Jarkow – he truly made our day! Allow me to share our wonderful experience: After purchasing a Speedy25 at LV Portland, we encountered some zipper issues upon our return to Seattle. Naturally, we headed to our local LV store, where we were warmly greeted by Max. From the moment we stepped in, his professionalism shone through.

Max went above and beyond, providing us with a thorough explanation of the possible causes behind the zipper issue. He then swiftly took action to rectify the problem, and I must say, his solution worked like a charm!

What truly touched us, however, was Max's attention to detail and thoughtfulness. Upon learning that the bag was intended as a gift for my friend, he took special care in wrapping it up beautifully. It was evident that he took pride in ensuring our complete satisfaction.

First and foremost - Monica is amazing and I'm so glad we got to work with her!
Walked in wanting to purchase the Kirigami Pochette. I wanted to use the smallest one as a card holder, and the other two for iPad/passport.

She then started showing wallets that would serve more purpose and I chose the Rosalie with Rose Ballerine interior.

Monica asked me intentional questions of what I wanted, what exterior I liked, for what purpose, etc... I would've never chosen the Rosalie on my own because I never thought of it. We returned to pick up my new cute wallet (that I absolutely adore) and my BF purchased a card organizer + fragrance (one of the many samples she sent us off with the first visit).

One thing that I appreciate is that she is genuine and wants you to make a good purchase. She doesn't just care about the $$. The original item I wanted to buy was $350 more than what I left with, but that didn't matter to Monica.
She spent time with us, laughed with us, got to know the style we both liked... I can't wait to see her again when I decide what I want next!

Employees welcomed me warmly and were very kind. They held the doors open for me upon entrance/exit, and addressed me by my name. I utilized the Collect in Store method and it was a seamless process. I don't recall the gentleman's name who assisted me (dark-haired with glasses) but he had a lively personality and ensured I was happy with all the products I purchased before boxing them up. It was a great experience!

We are from Oregon, but instead of shopping at the LV Store in Portland, my husband and I travelled to this LV Store Branch because of their wonderful service! We were helped by Max Jarkow and he'd always give us great service excelling above and beyond! We really appreciate you, Max! Until our next purchase!

Okay last year I bought LV for my 21 birthday. I forgot the lady’s name, but she was so sweet and helpful. I got some samples and I wanna buy Contre Moi. The one thing is make sure to make an appointment to save your time.

Megan was amazing. My wife will always remember when you pulled a rabbit out of your hat and showed her the perfect purse. By far the best experience purchasing a bag ever and made our 16th anniversary that much more special!

I went here looking for shoes for myself and wanted my sister to look at bags while I try to find a good one for her graduation gift. The boutique was very clean, and enjoyable to look at, and most of all the staff was extremely nice! I talked with Max Jarkow at that store and he was very nice and helpful! After describing the shoe style I was looking for, and my standard shoe size which he said was important because some of the Louis Vuitton shoes especially the Trainers vary to standard size, we came to the conclusion that I should wait for new shoes to drop as we didn't find one that fit what I wanted at the time. But he didn't stop there, he gave me his card to contact him when I find shoes I want, and reminded me that he can fill out my parking pass to make it free! Overall, I wasn't planning on shopping at this boutique, as I went there for another Boutique (not under LVMH) but their demeanor was far superior and made me completely switch focus. My daughters and I were visiting from Montana. We were greeted immediately by Max. I was a bit weary because I just wanted to browse. He was so personable and kind and made us feel comfortable. Max ended up showing me a few purses that I liked and sent us out the door with each of our own perfume sample boxes. I will definitely be purchasing from Max in the near future! Stellar customer service.

I haven’t been a Louis customer in the past. Lines always too long and partial to other brands. A couple of weeks ago I saw a coat online that I really wanted to see in person and was considering as an end of year/most successful revenue year gift for myself. We headed over to Bellevue and they had it. We started working with Monica. She was incredibly helpful, found me the right size and made sure we could get it ordered asap for an upcoming trip. I appreciated that she took special care in recognizing this is an item that should last for many years and wanting it to be just right rather than rushing me. We looked at a few bags as well with no pressure. They weren’t quite right so I passed for the time being. The coat came in faster than anticipated and is amazing. When I went for pick up, she had another bag she had set aside for me to see that was exactly my style so I picked that up too. The level of service was amazing and I truly appreciated it. She also made sure I left with plenty of perfume samples for me and some for my husband. Great experience both times. We won’t hesitate to work with Monica and come back to this location. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Efficient check in process before they get an associate to help you. Highly recommended.

Oh for comparison … went into Hermes next door and got a terrible off putting impression. Would have shopped there if not, but glad I went to Louis Vuitton instead.

Excellent service! The associate who helped us choosing the bags were very patient with us. Not many on display but they kept the stock in the back. Had to go into the website and choose what we liked.
