I have a new favorite server. Julieta at the Jasons Deli at 6020 Long Prairie Rd., Flower Mound is awesome.

She’s so funny and helpful and service oriented. She made my lunch a real pleasure! Please let her know she’s doing a great job, and I will definitely be back to this location.

The food is consistently good and the atmosphere is above average. It’s when you encounter a great server like Nathan Smith, who is both quick and efficient and highly personable, that makes this deli give star.

While I always receive great food and service at this Flower Mound location, recently I had the best experience. My sandwich was perfectly toasted, had just the right amount of meats, and condiments that added flavor without being overpowering. Yes, this was the best sandwich I ever had. The blend of everything made the sandwich superb! Thank you!!!

Took my family here to celebrate my dad's 95th birthday. Great grandkids loved the Mac and cheese. My sister was presently surprised and how great the soups are and of course everyone loved the ice cream for dessert

One of the best experiences tonight at Jason’s Deli. The service was fantastic, and the gentleman who welcomed us and took our order could not have been more polite and welcoming. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant as well! The food was fresh and delicious.

This is a great location. Friendly staff. The manager there is super attentive and friendly. The salad area is well maintained and fresh. I highly recommend.
And their ice cream machine seems to always work when I am present. 🤭👍😁

Food is always fast and good. The salad bar is awesome.

Love this location for to-go. Their serving sizes are big the food is fresh. We usually try to do to-go because they're pretty slow to bus tables and usually the table is still not super clean when they're done. Customer service is always great!

Free ice cream! Need I say more? But, seriously, Jason's never disappoints. Try the Carmela.

Modestly priced and fairly healthy food. Several vegetarian options.

This location had great service. Everything was made just right excellent quality and in a very timely manner. I had a half a muffaletta and a cup of gumbo that was delicious. What companion had a Reuben and said it was the best Reuben she'd eaten since she moved to Texas. Dining room in the bathrooms were very clean and I would highly recommend this location.

We love Jason Deli. Just make sure you always check your drive thru order. They get ours wrong on a regular basis. Dine is always perfect. Not sure why.

I absolutely love eating Lunch at their Salad Bar! The Salad Bar is always restocked with fresh green Vegetables, Dressings(my favorite is the french that a female worker always remembers to bring to me without me requesting it...she's a sweetheart), Muffins, Potato Salads and fixings. The Male Clerk at the Register always remembers my Order when I walk-in and is always pleasant. The Staff works hard at keeping the Tables clean once Patrons leave.

Deli - Flower Mound:

The last visit I did not care for the way a sandwich favorite of mine was prepared.

Went back on Oct 21, 2020. The California club with avocado was excellent. The side of wild rice soup was great. The restaurant is back on my recommended stop.

This location is excellent! Orders always prepared timely and accurate!! And Manager Gabe is always present and helpful! Many visits to this location and will continue to be a frequent lunch regular!

Fresh food that is always good. Love the new protein bowls, and of course the muffelatas. Plus, free ice cream if you clean your plate!

Each time I visit the Flower Mound location and have an interaction with the manager Gabe Maldonado I am reminded of what great customer service truly is. Mr. Maldonado is always kind and helpful and works hard right along with his employees. You can tell that he cares about the establishment, his customers, and setting the best possible example for his staff. People are so quick to point out issues but often don't take the time to praise when praise is due. I hope Jason's Deli knows what a great manager this location has.

5 stars for food, and another 5 stars for customer service!! I go here often on my lunch break because they are quick and healthier than most of the other quick food options in the area and is also very close to my work (Big Frog Custom T-Shirts). Employees have always been extremely high-spirited and enthusiastic. There was one time when I went that they accidentally gave my order to the car in front of me... I wasn't upset, I know the business and I understand it happens! But the staff exceeded my expectations in making it up to me by not only bringing my food right out to my car, but also not making me pay a dime for the meal! It was a great gesture. The next time I went, I had quite a cold and the person who took my order heard me coughing, and actually offered to get me some hot water with lemon and honey for no extra charge! Yall have some really great staff members. Keep it up! I'll be back plenty more, and will tell everyone I know about your generosity! My faith in humanity has been restored! ;)

Wanted to give a shout out to manager Gabe Maldonaldo. I had a very small complaint and he took the time to listen and take care of it immediately. Awesome customer service and my family and I will continue going back for many years to come! Thank you!
