uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

This was my second time at this business and I was extremely satisfied both times. The Technician Randy did a great job of meeting my needs. He was the consummate professional. He quickly analyzed my cell phone problem, addressed it and I was on my way quickly. I will return to this store for my future needs.

Herbert was great. Went in for a screen replacement. He recommended local food options and their directions since I wouldn't have my phone.
He got me fixed ASAP.

Levi did an awesome job repairing a pair of blown transistors in my Klipsch sub-woofer amp. I originally took it to a professional audio repair shop close to where I work, but after a 90 dollar diagnostic fee, I was told that they couldn't find a schematic diagram and it was too much work for them to remove the blown transistors to get the part number off of them to order replacements. They suggested just buying a replacement amp from the manufacturer for about 240 dollars. For less than the original diagnostic fee, Levi isolated the bad components, removed them and ordered replacements. He installed them and the amp sounds as good or even better than when new! I now know better than to take a broken electronic device anywhere else first. Just give Levi a chance to fix it first!

I have had problems getting my phone fixed in the past at other places. This place had my phone fixed in an hour and made it look brand new. All the guys working up front were also super nice and helpful. If you need your device fixed. Come here.

These guys are awesome. Came in the other day with an issue with the charging port. Randy took great care of me and fixed my issue. I highly recommend them.

After two failed attempts to get Assurion to come to me to replace my screen, I opted to go to ubreakifix in Flowermound. Best thing I ever did and should have done in the very first place. SErvice was fast and efficient. Many places around to have a bite/drink/dessert while waiting.

Randy was excellent to work with! He was able to get a 30 minute turnaround on replacing my broken screen. Reasonably priced too—much cheaper than Apple! Will definitely come here again if needed. Highly recommend!

Derandius was awesome. He was able to quickly access my warranty information and determine I was eligible for a free repair on my Samsung Fold 4. I dropped it off with him and in just a couple hrs my phone was like new. Definitely would recommend this store to anyone needing a phone repaired.

I went in for a cracked camera lens in hopes to not cost so much to fix. It indeed was not! Very affordable. And it was fixed so well that it looked like it never broke. I also did not have to wait very long for it! The customer service was amazing and very kind as well!
