Peaceful spring off the Florida Trail. There's a short boardwalk from the main trail that goes all the way to the water. The trail is narrow and not always smooth, but fun and pretty easy. Beware of ticks.

Parking is right by the intersection of Spring Creek Hwy and Shell Point Rd. Take that trail until you find the orange blazed trail, which will lead you to the spring.

Nice spring a little way off the main trail. Not the most beautiful one I've seen, but still noteworthy. It was pretty even in December. The hike roundtrip is about 6 miles.

Lots of ticks. Florida Trail can be flooded many months out of the year. The big old gator has been replaced by a medium-ish gator with young 🐊

Very beautiful, quite and calm. Mild challenge to get to. Go before rain, trail can get a little flooded.

It's a decent little hike you'll have to make but it's quite worth it once you get here
