I've never been treated with anything but respect everyone we go there. Everyone is nice and extremely helpful.

Took too long to fill 1 med. But they were short handed. And nice.

Good place to get your prescriptions. You can send them in via Walmart app which is handy because they alert you for your refills. You cannot pay with bottle slips from the store's bottle room so you'll have to check out at a register so just keep that in mind when checking out.

Normally I love the pharmacy at local Walmarts, but this is the worst one I have been to yet. I went to get a prescription filled and get the run around about how they can’t pull it from another Walmart. Okay sure I’ll call my doctor. Half an hour later I go back up and it will be ready in 10 minutes. Perfect that’s just what I need. 20 minutes pass after waiting in line for 10 and I get up there just to be told they won’t fill it because insurance won’t cover it until the 9th. Then she gets snotty with me and tells me to call insurance and figure it out. The rudest people around.

I am not sure why but the staff here have become so unbelievably rude in the last few months. There is only 1 consistently polite staff member and I hope to god they don’t leave! I called to refill my scripts on several occasions and been told they are out of refills (even after confirming with my doctor that I do in fact have refills). Staff have argued with me and become audibly annoyed when I asked questions when calling in to confirm my refills are ready (They send out alerts that they are and then BOOM the script is magically not ready). I called today to ask 2 very quick questions about a script and was hung up on after being told the price. If this was a once and a while thing I would understand as we all have bad days but it’s becoming an every interaction issue.

This place is either trying to double dip or stupid , tried to charge my Medicare and they wouldn't have it for Paxlovid, then they wanted to charge me for it. I knew it is a free drug per manufacturer. Told them to stick it and called Walgreen , they got the prescription filled it for $0 I will be moving all prescriptions to Walgreens..

Still horrible service at this location. Only reason I continue to use wal-mart pharmacy is because they’re nationwide and I travel for work. I would suggest finding different pharmacy if you don’t have to travel and continually transfer scripts.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been too. I went to get my prescription waited 20 minutes in line only to be told it would be 2 hours. So I decided to come back the following day. Only to be told they were out of stock and I have to call another Walmart myself to call them so they can send it. Absolutely unacceptable. They couldn't call and let me know before I drove an hour one way in the snow. Find somewhere else to go!!!!!!! It's a complete waste of your time.

For well over a year they have been just awful and I’m over it. Almost every single time I get a prescription filled (fyi I have 5 and my dog also has 1 so that should give an idea of the frequency of our stops) it is late. We (my husband and I) are told it will be ready by a certain time, we come back at that time, and it’s not ready. We are given another time for a different day, and when we go in, IT’S STILL NOT READY! Sometimes this even happens a third time. We have gone in when we’ve been told it’s ready, annnd, you guessed it, it’s not ready. This happens ALL THE TIME! They have also lost prescriptions for us, told me I didn’t have insurance (when I have two), told me they’re out of medications when they actually aren’t, have tried to give me name brand meds at twice the cost when the prescription is for generic, my insurance covers generic, and they have generic in stock. I’m over it. I have been going there for years and it’s just unacceptable at this point. I’m actually a very patient person and understand that things will take longer now due to staffing shortages, but don’t tell me something is ready, or will be ready by a certain time when it won’t. Just today my husband was told two prescriptions would be ready in an hour, so he waited an hour, only to then be told that nothing would be ready until tonight. Why not just say that to begin with? Well, he went back tonight and guess what? It wasn’t ready. I’ve tried speaking to the pharmacist a few months back to let them know about the issues we have been having, and she pretty much just said that she finds it hard to believe this is happening, because no one else has brought it up (tell that to alllll the other people who we see in line having the same problem when we go), and that it didn’t sound like something that would happen at her pharmacy but to let her know if it happened again. Well, I did, and nothing changed. Maybe she will read this and finally understand. I’m going to start looking in to other places.
