ERIK'S - Bike Board Ski

The staff was very friendly and patient, the store was tidy and well put-together. I had no trouble getting my tires checked in with Eli and they were done quick. I've been at another location and I love this bike shop.

Eli and Zach at the Vadnais Heights, MN store were awesome to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable. My husband and I stopped in to learn more about snowboards as our 16 year old son is just starting to ride and was looking to buy his first board. Eli walked us through the basics and gave his recommendation for our son's skill level. We then brought our son back a few days later and both Zach and Eli helped our son pick out a board, bindings, and boots. The 20% off sale for Black Friday was awesome so in addition to a lot of knowledge, we feel our son received a great value. Overall a very positive experience!

Went to vadnais heights location as i had a specialized that was originally purchased there that needed new parts, and a tune up. Staff was great. Upfront, honest, and explained excatly what needed fixing and also what did not need fixing. Fair pricing. Left bike there for about a week, then got a call back when it was deady to be picked up. Bike is operating at peak and was also cleaned throughally when i picked it up. Great folks over there at vadnais.

I've bought 3 bikes from this store and will likely buy more in the future. I've also purchased myriad accessories including Handlebars, stems, risers, racks, bags, gloves, saddles and pedals.
This is a fantastic store if you're planning to buy a bike or any Accessories. Dennis and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and will ALWAYS do their best to steer you in the right direction. Staff has gone out of their way time and again to to resolve any problem I've had(even when I've likely been a difficult customer).

Note to new customers coming here to buy their first "real bike": Its almost always better to spend a little more and go a step or two up market. From my experience, its very easy to outgrow a base model bike once you start putting some miles down on it.

Staff is excellent and very friendly, selection is varied in both quality and price range. We will be returning for any bike related needs.

The gentleman that helped us yesterday at the Vadnais Heights location was amazing. We are new to Electric Bikes so we had tons of questions. He took the time (3 hours to be exact) to help answer all of our questions and we felt confident on making the decision to buy 2 new Electric Bikes. Will definitely go back and highly recommend.

I want to thank Eli and Ben for their great service. They were both knowledgeable of Erik’s products, and exactly knew how to point me in the right direction.

When I asked about the difference between two different bikes and price points, they were able to explain features that one bike does and doesn’t have, when I asked about where a product was located, they pointed and walked me to it, and they even installed my frame bag (thanks a lot). Lastly, they fit my new bike in my hatch securely and safely.

This was a breath of fresh air being that customer service and customer experience has decreased, personally after Covid. Great teamwork Eli and Ben, I’ll recommend anyone to the Erik’s in Vadnais Heights, even better if Eli and Ben are there.

The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! The store was clean and well organized. Most of my time was in the Vadnais Heights location. They called the Highland Park office to have a saddle held for me. The staff in that location were great as well.

There is someone there to help me right away. He was very professional and knew all about the product. He helped me through the whole process and it was a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend Eric bikes. my new E bike is a very fun bike to ride and works flawlessly.
