My favorite location of all. Always kind, friendly and accurate. Love those folks at this store. I come here everyday, sometimes twice, and 99%of the time they already know my order and they always remember my name. Issac and Drea and Mo are just the sweetest people. Please be kind and the workers will be kind to you. Anytime my drink wad ever wrong they fixed it with a smile. Best location ever.

Ashley ... I mean ... Wow! I've never experienced such love in the drive thru Charlotte better step it up a notch because you are simply amazing... A raise wouldn't do you justice.. I'm thinking some free PTO days are needed.... 3 of them 😉 ... Thanks for making my business trip in Raleigh fun!

Didn’t get a receipt, so I could not call out who did an amazing job! Did drive thru Friday, May 12th around 12:37pm. Ordered tall caramel ribbon frappe! The order lady was super clear and very understandable over the speaker. I was impressed! The frappe was sweet and caramel! She was nice and friendly! Best of luck and hopefully you get a raise to afford a blue Jeep from “Teen Wolf” — Jurassic Park Jeep

Pika the barista was awesome! She curated a drink that wasn’t even on the menu but was amazing!

Love this location. Everyone is always so friendly, the baristas make me the best drinks when I have no idea what I want and tell them what types of flavors I like, and they always give me a pup cup for my little Teddy, even if I forget to ask. Hands down, my favorite Starbucks location.

Love coming to this Starbucks. There is one guy that works the drive thru in particular that I absolutely ADORE! He's always so sweet and he makes my day! Totally wish I had asked his name so I could give him a shout out!

I needed this after cleaning out my storage unit today at first they said they we’re out of strawberries 🍓 but Joe went out of his way and make sure that he found strawberries 🍓 he’s an amazing barista for a male

I went through, Drive-thru, w/friends... Breakfast sandwich, was DE LI CIOUS!!!

Starbucks was not so good this time. I ordered a white hot chocolate, and it was more milk than chocolate. I said to the young lady this is more milk than chocolate , she was very smart with me. So I told her I was not drinking milk,if I wanted milk then I would go to the store and get milk . So she made me another one which was much better.

I love Starbucks whenever I go their I get the same thing over and over again once me and my friend went their and she got want I got a vanilla bean cream with a cake pop and she got in the car and she tried the drink she loved it we went back later that day and got us a large and the lady at the window recognized our face and gave us a free cake pop

One of my favorite Starbucks! They go above and beyond, even when short staffed!

I go into this Starbucks every day. The entire team does a great job dealing with some of the rudest people to walk into the store. They take pride in what they do. I applaud them and their hard work.

Love my New Bern Ave baristas. They are the best and know who I am. This location is mounds better than knightdale, way faster and more engaging.

Have to leave a review in light of how awesome my experience was at this Starbucks compared to the Knightdale Midtown Commons location. I was in Knightdale and thinking it wouldn't be a busy time to stop by their Starbucks but after 30 minutes in the drive-thru getting nowhere I decided to go down the road to this location. Drive-thru line seemed a bit long here but still moving at least, I decided to go inside because I was in a rush. Immediately greeted when I walked in, staff was extremely friendly and apologized for the wait when my muffin came out a little bit after my drink which was not long at all. Even with the drive-thru line they still got my order out very reasonably. So glad this location is near me! Has always been great.

I made up a drink today. It was a lot of extra stuff. This Starbucks delivered ! It was an amazing drink and I appreciate this location making it my way. 5 stars !! I enjoyed it so I bought my barista a cake pop for making my amazing drink. THANK YOU !!!!!

This store is close to my house so it's conventient for me. I have never had a bad experience here! The employees are always so helpful and tactful and are waiting for me with a smile and my order. They're efficient even on the busiest of days and brighten my day every time I go there, even if I'm just going through the drive through! I love this Starbucks!

Sali gave us some great recommendations for drinks and just all around great customer service. The other batistas were also very sweet and professional.

The baristas work hard and always have a positive attitude when serving customers! I always get my drink on time and is always tasting great! Would recommend to anyone hoping for a welcoming, fun environment to get homework done or stop by for a quick drink. This is my favorite location!
