Hot Topic

Took my aunt for a fun shopping day at the mall. Visted hot topic and everyone there was super nice(Brianna our cashier) ((and other lady that I didn't get the name of took her time showing us every makeup pallet since they have to lock them up now)), store was really clean and haven't been there in a while so I forgot all the stuff they had there! Def returning soon!

Daughter loves everything aliens, she found the most awesome alien cardigan for 30% off. We even got an Olivia Rodrigo t-shirt for like $6, definitely will beat the concert price of atleast $50. They are having alot of after holiday sales!

Brianna and Katie were amazing the whole staff always provides excellent customer service and help me find what I need online when I can’t find it in store!

I visited Hot Topic and I was welcomed by an employee while walking in and I found some really relatable items🦊🎧🎮🩸

1st time shopping here and there selection of clothing, jewelry, to funko toys, men's & ladies shirts, from anime to TV shows.
The staff is very helpful and very fast to ring up your purchases.
From concert/cartoon/superhero and wrestling shirts, are always on sale. I was lucky to spend close to $200.00, but it was worth it.

I absolutely LOVE shopping here. The staff is nice as well. The staff there have always gone above and beyond, even when they are extremely busy! That's great customer service.
The only downfall is the store not carrying much of their Plus Size collections. We like to shop there too and have the opportunity to try on stuff than constantly return because we had to order it online. Besides that, they are great!

As usual, excellent customer service! I called before leaving to see if my items ordered for pickup were still there, and they were. I came in to the register and was directed too the other side for pickup. It was fast and easy to verify my info (email on phone) and name. The package was not opened until I was physically there and we made sure I had everything. It was crowded (Black Friday), but I was in and out sooner than I'd thought!

My daughters like shopping there and we were looking for a birthday gift for one of them. Always friendly staff and most of everything was in stock.

The store was very clean and organized. Marceline and Kaylee helped me find was I was looking for and overall the staff was really nice! Thank you for a nice experience.

My first time here (March 19, 2022.) I F#@$king LOVE THIS PLACE. I love the atmosphere, the aesthetics, and the customer service is everything. My children love this place and led Me to it. I am looking forward to the benefits of becoming a rewards member. Hot Topic is "The Hot Topic."😘.

Had what i was looking for with Christmas gifts and had a decent deal for black friday

They always seem to make their small space work the best they can. Clothes and staff are always great!

Hot topic is a anime, clothes aesessories store and I love how they had the nightmare before chrismas I love that movie and behind it was.......DEMON SLAYER!!!!!!! My favorite anime show plus the first anime I watched and they also have my hello kitty saniro plus my favorite character is kuromi have so much thing about her,I didn't get anything because I'm going to get some for chrismas.

Let me just say this staff is amazing!! I ordered something at the store, hellfire tshirts , and there was an issue with the billings the manager assured me she would take care of me when I came in to pick up. She did. Amazing store and staff thanks

I'm not sure who helped us but both ladies were super sweet and very helpful! I'm new to gauges and they helped me out a lot. Kudos to you ladies!!

The people are awesome, I had a breakdown because of some rude comments from a guy and they comforted me and made sure I was ok, the pushed the guy away from me and made sure after my purchase that I was ok ❤ love to Gale, love my new shirt and skirt❤

I loved this Hot Topic! I've only been to The Woodlands one before, but this one has so much more. I found a lot of things I loved and the staff helped me whenever I needed it. I got a Hufflepuff tank top, a Hufflepuff Jacket, and Newt's trench coat. They all fit me perfectly and are really great quality.

Bought a couple of pants here for my son that he loved and was able to try on in the dressing room at the store.

They have some really cool merchandise including some unique t-shirts, figurines, and other stuff perfect for giving as a present.
