Target Mobile

Very nice. The customer services is really good.

The "target mobile" people are never there. They have their hours posted but they are either at break and/or at lunch. The Target electronics person gets on their radio and will ask "is 'mobile' here?" or "has anyone seen 'mobile'?" and they will not get a response or they will be told that 'mobile' has called in or left early or they are just not able to be found. I have been told that "target mobile" is different then Target, but they still got the Target name so Target Corporation needs to do something about the "target mobile" because they are really making the Target Brand look really really bad. About 5 years ago I remember Target spent like 6 months remodeling the store and took a big chunk between the front doors and the mall doors and put a "Target Mobile" there and it was really busy for the first 3 or 4 months but then i started noticing there wasn't anyone there but maybe 2 or 3 times a week and I go in Target maybe 5 times a week sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. I see why Target moved the "target mobile" to the back of the store from the prime location by the entrance because they dont do anything but take up space that could be used to sell stuff. Now there are items in that area up front that Target changes twice or thrice a months that people can actually buy instead of contact cell phones that the regular Target employees cant even sell. Maybe in bigger cities the "target mobile" is ok but in Jonesboro it is just plain horrible. If you need a phone just get a prepaid cell phone and plan from the Target employees that are always there.

The target mobile people are never there in store and if they are in store they are nowhere to be found.
