I've never been here before, I just brought my boss's work truck in for service. Judging by the customer service I would definitely purchase a vehicle here. While I was waiting for My vehicle to be service I was checking out different cars and Aaron a sales rep came right out greeted me showed me a couple new models even though I told him I wasn't interested he was just really cool polite not pressure in me just wanted to show me what they had and I appreciated that They have a new F-150 hybrid that's amazing. If you're in the market for a new vehicle I would suggest come checking them out very cool people.

No appointment required. Arrived shortly before opening and was 6th in line. I had their "The Works" maintenance and recall service done and was out in an hour and 45 minutes. The car check-up and service were excellent. Only complaint was that the customer wi-fi was accessible.

I went to get my vehicle double checked by a ford dealership because the small dealership I went to couldn’t fix it. I picked Webb Ford worst mistake. They said I need a new tire and I asked was it the rim. They said no it was the tire. I actually needed a new rim. They closed out my insurance claim now I have to pay for the rim because they misdiagnosed my problem. Yes my tire had wear and tear but it wouldn’t have made the rubbing noise I heard. They told me I was wrong all I needed was tires. I need a rim and now I have to pay for the repairs. McCarthy Ford is much better.

Very slow and over priced. Went for an oil change and they wanted to $700 worth of work that was over priced and unnecessary!

Went to this dealership for service and no I did not purchase my car there but it is close to my home. Bright and early at 7 am I went to the service Dept with my 2020 Ford Explorer which I have the premium care on. Told the service Advisor Steve Rowe what the problem was. He told me to go his desk in the middle. Mind you I had wrote out a list of what needed to be checked. He pulls up my account on my warranty and proceeds to tell me there will be a $179 diagnostic fee on the things I need to have checked and then it will be waived if its covered under the warranty. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? $179 PER ITEM??? That is price gouging. Now I can understand a flat fee but per item is RIDICULOUS! So if all 3 of my things were not cover I would have basically had $500 +right off the bat in diagnostic fees so why would anyone even take their vehicle back to ford for service??? What is the plan for is it states DIAGNOSTIC is covered? Anyhoo When I questioned the pricing he stated he needed to pay his technician for the time. Im sorry $500 diagnostic fees? Your billing lawyer hours. Needless to say I will NOT be going back and will take my vehicle elsewhere, which in retrospect is what I feel the technician wanted me to do in the first place. I feel that if I would have purchased my vehicle there I would have been treated differently. Such a shame that businesses get away with this and FORD should be ASHAMED that they are doing this to their loyal customers. Your independent dealerships will cause ppl to buy other makes just to have better customer service.

Service department is a joke. If i could give 0 stars i would. Had them change a cabin air filter ($90) when I got my car back turned on the heat/ac vent fan and a loud humming/vibrating noise was coming from dash that was not there prior to them changing the cabin filter. Service technician told me it was an off balance blower motor and would not have been caused by the work they did changing the cabin filter and now would cost me an additional $521 to fix. Declined repair... had family member check cabin air filter /blower motor and found that the filter was incorrectly installed and had leaves in the blower motor. Adjusted the filter, cleaned out the leaves and the sound was gone. Took about 10 minutes and car was back to normal. Webb Ford service department is a total scam!!!

Had my 2018 Ford taken in for full service a few days ago. I ended up getting a nail in my tire tonight, and I couldn't put my spare on because I couldn't get the wheel off because they tightened the lug nuts too tight, not in spec and two nuts appear to be swelling now. Thanks guys👎

Bumper to bumper warranties aren't exactly bumper to bumper at this dealership, even for vehicles bought here, with a known defective part. They've lost all of my future business.
