Metro by T-Mobile

Went in today with both my mother and my aunt. Turns out that a different location had done some errors on their accounts. The manager at this location was able to not only fix through problem, but helps us out too.

Keith took excellent care of me and my family. If you're in Flat Rock, go see him for your phone needs. He was super patient and friendly with us.

Came in with problems on my old phone for me and my family. Keith at the store made sure to solve the issue and take care of us on new phones! The service was smooth and easy. He made sure we were happy and he even had color pencils and drawings for the kids!! Will definitely come back to this location!

Let me just say I been going to the Flat Rock store for years and will never go anywhere else. Keith spent 3 hours with me with Metro. He went above and beyond and told me he would help me until everything was handled the right way. Keith for sure stood by his word. This is why I will only go to this store. Keith thank you for helping me.

I just visited this store and I am just gushing over Keith. He is funny, helpful, knowledgeable, kind and sincere. He transferred all of my data and kept us in stitches. If you're a Flat Rock resident and are a metro customer, this is the man to see.

The owner of this store is an exceptional human being. I had broke my phone and needed a new one quickly and when I called they were about to close, but the owner stayed open until I got there and not only did he get me a great deal I have a great phone he got me two great deals and two great phones. I am very very appreciative to him, because had he not stayed open I wouldn't have gotten a new phone and I would have been stuck for a few days. Also, I would like to thank the people in MetroPCS forgetting me back into my number I thought I had lost I think they all do a great job.

I am just gushing over Keith, the fellow who helped me get set up for the ACP program which will save me $30 a month off my bill. He is very kind and considerate. If you're in Flat Rock and have a Metro phone, this is the man to see
