Karl helped me with an issue the Taylor corporate store couldn’t help me with. I love my new phone. I’ll be seeing him from now on! Great store go see him!

We were receiving 3 new phones which meant a longer transfer time, but the transfer was efficient. Thomas was a great help and very informative.

Ian was very thorough, up front about costs, honest (didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need) and personable. I never felt rushed and my questions were all answered! Highly recommend!

Been here a few times for various reasons and have always left happy. Most recently I worked with Karl who was helpful, accommodating, personable, and professional. They took the time to make sure I understood the specifics of the agreement which I truly appreciated.

I worked with the manager Thomas from this Verizon store and he did a very thorough review of my current bill and found a number of ways to save me money for the same coverage and perks. He was extremely professional and thorough/meticulous in his estimates and got me a great deal on my family's phones and plan. I would 100% recommend this store. Great customer service!

Ian H was an absolute delight. He addressed every inquiry with intellect and delight. Ian was great at small talk, super agile and friendly as well! I switched lines to be with my partner on his plan, we both got upgraded phones and everything was taken care of within an hour. Ian even took the time to put on my screen cover for me. Everything was also broken down in laymen’s terms for me. I really appreciate good service like this and will be returning with the highest of hopes to be taken care of by Ian H again.
