Used tuxedo rental service for a last minute rental and paid the rush fee. Bill the associate was exemplary and answered all my questions and took my measurements accordingly. Made excellent recommendations and ensured everything was correct. From order to pick up was 5 days. Upon pick up of the rental, the suit came perfect without any need for further alterations. Recommended and will use again.

Excellent service as always. I rented a tux for a wedding and the cost was low, and the service was super efficient. Would definitely go again.

5 STAR SERVICE.....Thanks to Charlie Caraccilo. This young man know's his stuff. Not only is he knowledgeable but he's also super professional, personable and honest with his recommendations. Charlie went the extra mile trying to get me the sports jacket my wife and I loved. Charlie was very patient and was able to serve not only myself but another family. Neither of us felt neglected. He managed his volume of customers like a true champ. My wife and I thought about going to the Santa Monica store based on our current location earlier in the day then it was narrowed down to T.O or Oxnard. We are really glad we chose the T.O store. Fathers Day is coming up and my wife know's exactly who to see for my gifts. Charlie has earned himself loyal customers. Charlie keep up the great work. You deserve a raise.

I needed a new suit for a wedding, and grew frustrated after visiting a number of nice department stores. Finally one helpful person suggested I try Men's Warehouse. Best advice I received in a while. Lots of selection, good prices, quality suits and helpful staff. I went in just to buy a nice suit for a friend's wedding, but came out with two, and since then I've been back for shirts and ties as well. Highly recommended!

I needed a suit with a super fast turn around time and not much time to shop either. I went into the Thousand Oaks Mens Wearhouse and met Jay who was up for the task!

Jay is super knowledgable and not pushy. I highly recomend him for his customer service.

I've been shopping here for several years and the service has always been decent (which needs to change since their pricing is quite a bit higher than other stores that sell same brands). However, my last visit was great! If you go there, ALWAYS ask for Jose. He'll help you and actually cares enough to help you find the right fit/style/etc that you're looking for. Most workers I've been in contact with in the past seemed more interested in making a quick sale rather than actually helping me find the right things. Jose was extremely professional and went above and beyond to help me.. He even followed up with a phone call a week later to make sure I was taken care of. That's the main reason for this 5 star review (for Jose more than the actual store).
As someone who works in sales, customer service is above all. Offer value/service and the product sells. It's that simple... Be reliable and be genuine. Jose is the only one in that store, at least in recent years, that is actually enjoyable to have helped me out. If Men's Warehouse is reading this, Jose needs a raise... If you don't appreciate the talent that represents you, great employees, including Jose, will move forward to something better. And all others will stay. You'll be losing valuable assets in the Thousand Oaks store if you don't recognize that management needs more people like Jose.

I recently went to men's wearhouse to rent a tux for my wedding. I was helped by two gentlemen on two different occasions. The experience was mediocre and nothing impressive, infact minor disappointment and worry about the amount of focus and knowledge they had. When I went to pick up my tux on my third visit, it was not only the wrong one but it was also the wrong cufflinks as well.

The excellent news was the manager, Kim, just happened to be the one to deliver and fit the rental. Not only does she make everything right, she went above and beyond by closely measuring me again, making recommendations on what to change, upgrading the tux while at the same time applying a discount for the trouble and worry without even us asking for it. Today, the fourth visit to pick up the correct suit and accessories, she even made another change to the suit after seeing it on me a second time that I agreed with.

She was not only professional but she had a very obvious and clearly high level of knowledge; she knew the details and tiers of the products and offers EXTREMELY well. She had an eye how to dress me and, again the attention to detail was fantastic.

So far so good, been in several times getting sized up. Made several purchases and ordered multiple shirts and slacks all are good quality. All be back as needed.

The staff was very patient, helpful, and nice. They did an excellent job getting accurate measurements for the suit I rented. Thank you!

Went to this Mens Wearhouse in 1000 oaks for my wedding party... From my first trip, my experience was FANTASTIC.... JAVIER and crew were ALLLLL great... From their great prices on suites & tuxes, to selection, to their Awesome service.. They were great... They even helped me with some personalized online orders from their magazine.. Thank you to this mens wearhouse for handling this part of my wedding and making it stress Free...
