Dyer Babe Ruth Field

Great place to play baseball. I loved playing here my last few years and it's such a fun place to be at to watch and play baseball. The food is great, the coaches are the best, it's very well organized, and it is home to the 2022 state champions. GO DYER!!!

Loved playing there for my 13-18 years. Ended a state champ. Anyone who says it’s a bad field and experience is buzz kills. And yes we are writing good reviews because we are the players of this town and team and we know how good our town, field, and volunteers are to us.

Most fun I have had in all 13 years of playing baseball. Ended my last ever game as a state champ and can confidently say that the brotherhood that I have made with my teammates is unmatched. Fantastic place to play for and be a part of.

Great atmosphere and I have had no complaints as a player! Great place to play and watch a game! The bond I have created with my teammates coaches and friends has been something I will never forget!

Love it ..always a awesome place to watch the kids play baseball.. love the night games... and let's not forget the concession stand.

Unorganized Coaches and Directors. Don’t play by the rules. A horrible place to have a tournament. Unsafe area, field a mess. Other teams had to help get field in shape. No concessions. One port o pot. Trash around the field. Police presence. Bad attitudes all the way around by the folks from Dyer. What a horrible example for your team. No wonder the kids act like they do. Families came from all over the state to play in this dismal town. Dyer… more like Dire. Do better!!!
And as I post this review, a bunch of people are told to write good reviews from this town and team. Wow! Just wow 🤩

The Babe Ruth league was absolutely horrible. The president of the league, who also is the coach of the Babe Ruth team condones and promotes cheating. Not an example todays youth needs.

1. Gave his team a bye in the tournament without drawing team names without witnesses. In their own home town.
2. Did not follow pitcher tournament rules.
3. Did not provide background checks for coaches, birth certificate of players, or any tournament requirements.
4. Played players not listed on the tournament roster.
5. As president, he decided the ruling on protests without a fair and unbiased group of mediators.
5. His assistant coach, while coaching third base, told our player, “I like your team except your coaches are f-ing pussys”.

Little League National will be made aware of this leagues doings by this parent.

Sorry Dyer. One of the worst fields I have ever seen. Horrible food. Porto johns. Garbage was full , bugs flying around Garbage that is next to the stands. Sad I have togo there again. I'll bring my own food and a fogger for the Nats and fruit Flies.
