Kim was awesome. I came in needing a storage unit. She greeted me with a smile and was very knowledgeable about her job. Customer service has gone down in the world but Kim still has hers. Thank you for being so nice and pleasant to me. I was having a bad day and she gave me some great advice. Thanks again.

A family-owned storage facility. Very important in my opinion. I shopped around and found this to be the best economically as well as convenience and cleanliness. The staff is top of the line, professional kind and honest. Don't waste time looking around this the best place in town.

Jennifer was super helpful with providing information about the facility and also details on the free moving truck available for move ins. She was also flexible with time and assured no rush to make sure I got settled in ok- highly recommend!!!

Excellent service, we reserved and used the free move in truck. We rented several conditioned storage units and the spaces were clean and nearly new. The AC temp was always cool and pleasant! Best place that I have ever used.

The staff is super sweet and they have some great deals for students. They have good hours, a safe location with security, gated premises, and clean/ easy to navigate units and buildings. Would definitely recommend!

We used this facility for months before we moved from the area. The location (for us) was perfect, the facility was clean and secure, the management was friendly, accommodating and very professional. My husband and I have used Thunderbolt Self Storage for almost a year and a half now. They are easy to work with, the facility was always clean and well kept. We'd definitely use them again!

We used Thunderbolt when we moved from ATL to Tybee. Had lots of boxes(50ish) plus treasure, furniture and clothing there for 15 months. Made many trips over that period to gradually unload items and complete the "downsizing" move.

The facility was always spotless and well air conditioned both in winter and summer. Carts were always available. Parking close to the door always available. Bathroom was always available and clean. Julie was available whenever I needed her and the invoices were consistent and never incorrect.
