HoneyFire BBQ

HoneyFire is my new favorite BBQ joint. The sandwiches are huge and unique and so good. The corn pudding, which I would normally skip but encouraged to try, was delicious. The peanut butter banana pudding is so worth the calories. Lastly the staff were happy and attentive. If you’re looking for something beyond your normal smoked meat bbq, try this place, it’s amazing.

Food was excellent! Don't know why they only average 3.6 stars. Ordered kids BBQ brisket sandwich and beans...best I've ever eaten (I'm late 50"s). Hubby had Alabama slammer and said it was awesome. Chicken was not the least bit dry. BBQ sauce had nice peppery kick (actually might be a bit spicy for some kiddos) , perfect for me. Try it, you won't regret it. Would add photos, but we scarfed it down before thinking of writing a review.

Probably the absolute best place for food in the Assembly Food Hall. The portions, the price, the staff; all incredible. We ordered the brisket nachos to share and we still couldn't finish them all. They give you a healing portion of chips and load them up with beans, brisket, queso, and all the toppings. Every chip had toppings and everything tasted excellent. It is just an order up style restaurant and you sit where you want in the massive food hall, but that doesn't take away from the food itself. Our friend ordered the chips and Queso with brisket and even that was a lot of food! We spent less than $20 for the nachos and a drink and it was well worth it! We probably won't eat anywhere else now when we go downtown!

I got the half pound bbq pork, bbq beans, and queso macaroni. It was all delicious. I'll be eating at this spot on future visits!

The food was the best BBQ that I have had in recent memory. The service was great. I had a few questions and the staff were kind and knowledgeable. The Alabama Slammer is my new favorite sandwich. The queso mac & cheese.was amazing and the peanut butter banana pudding is mouthwatering good. I’ll be back soon.

HoneyFire is a good barbecue spot at the Assembly Food Hall. Got the brisket plate with 2 sides. Half the sides were sold out by the end of the day so I recommended going earlier.

Best BBQ in Nashville! Try the Texas-style Brisket and the white queso mac & cheese. And if you need a sweet treat, the PB Nana Pudding is a MUST!

Had some amazing BBQ and will be back for more! The menu is extensive and offers the best selection of my favorite BBQ items like the honey hot block, smokin’ spud, and baby back egg rolls!! So yummy!

5 star +++. I ate here twice while in Nashville. It is in a large food court area, assembly food hall, 2nd floor, and their bbq is fantastic. Try the green beans and the corn pudding for sides.

My mom and I visited for a day and walked through the assembly food hall. We could smell the brisket smoking from down below and followed the smell to this place. I ordered the Diablo Jones sandwich (their spicy option). I was so happy with the sandwich, that I ate it all in one sitting (something I never do!!!) The ladies serving the food were at first a little on the "burnt out staff" side, until we started being nice and appreciative and they opened right up and were such lovely, lively people. The ends of the brisket were a little tough but still really good. And that pulled pork is absolutely devine! For a place located in a food hall, it is definitely top notch. I wish I could take more sandwiches home with me. We got our food to go because we didn't like the cafeteria chaos

Reminded me of Texas BBQ and my childhood growing up in Houston. Absolutely delicious in every way.... All the mixes of flavors and so many different options and sides to choose from..... Phenomenal flavors!.

Great ribs and burnt ends. The banana pudding is outstanding. Can’t wait to go again.

The Pulled pork nachos were the best nachos of my life so far. I highly recommend trying them.
