Shanda Jackson thank you for the great customer service. As my sister and I were there we had trouble pumping gas. And you were very patient with helping us get through the problem with pump machine. Plus you gave exallent service when we ordered food. Chicken sandwiches very good. My sister and I left the store highly satisfied definitely one of the best services 7-Eleven by far. Thank you again. God bless

This is the Asian, Taiwanese, Japanese style 7 Eleven that you always wonder why USA doesn't have all the food and extras...if you need it, SUSHI included, this 7 Eleven has it.
Especially Diesel fuel.

The store was clean. The employees were friendly. They had the items that I wanted to buy.

Very new place. Road construction has closed one of the two entrances.

Great 711 in the middle of nowhere land! If you are in that area that's your lifesaver all the time. Get pretty much whatever you want if you happen to have the pure luck of being in that area.. Thank you 711!

I will have to write this as a 3 star middle of the road. The reason is this store is one of the best 7-11s when it's open. The problem is they close at 3:30 in the morning and reopen at 7. This must be the busiest time for commuters including myself. We need to have some honest hours of operation posted. I posted this yesterday and stopped again this morning. I took 2 pictures of the closed sign out front. I think they're trying to indicate 6 o'clock in the morning. The large hand is on the 6 and the small hand is on the 12 indicating 1230. Whatever the story is at 6:45 and still not open.

How much does the gas cost? Can't tell because the sign showing prices is blocked by that ugly green fence running in front along Airport BLVD.

I bought two cookies from the warmer and a few other items. When I asked the employee for them he went to get them out of the case and then rang all of my goodies up . Then I got outside the store and no cookies I! I was debating on getting them because I'm on a diet anyway ..... When I went back into ask the gentleman that waited on me at approximately 5;45 on July 13 2023 he had long black hair he looked stressed out when he answered me he literally shook his head( hair) and with a grasping breath said ; ( I didn't know and I gave them to you where did they go?) He was Very mad and confused, and he rushed away ....I JUST WANT MY DARN COOKIES!! LOL ! P. S never got them!!!! KRAZYLYONS SAD '

It’s morning. NO coffee! When I tried to tell the cashier he looked at me like a bozo. It took him five minutes to comprehend to make coffee complete idiot.

They are located across the road from our office park. I've only been in a few times and no one was particularly friendly. Fast forward to today, they are having some sort of event with music blasting so loudly that people on the other end of Zoom calls have asked what's going on in our office. I called the 7-11 location and was handed to a woman who wouldn't give her name. She was rude and dismissive when I asked if they could turn the music down a bit. She barked at me that it would be going on for 5 hours and was a national promotion. I told her they could still have their event without disturbing every business in a half mile. She just snapped that nothing would be done. My next call was to the Napa Sheriff's Department to lodge a noise complaint (I'll address them separately). Still nothing was done. We're 4 hours into this blasting musical mish-mash and everyone in the office is at their wits end. I will never patronize this location so long as they have no respect for their clients or neighbors.

RUDE, I will never shop at this location. Thier policy of can't use the restroom until after you make a purchase( with a line out the door.) Is ridiculous. Thanks but no thanks. I'm cool.

The two women working today 10-22-21 we the rudest workers I’ve ever encountered. If you want repeat customers don’t hire rude low class people!!! Not only were they rude as hell but I had a coupon for a free hot dog and they said management told them not to honor them! Won’t go back!!!

Went by there around 9:30 pm and they had a handwritten sign in the window saying closed and I desperately needed gas plus it's the cheapest gas around. At 930 at night they should be open if not for gas then for everything else

Don't stop here if you're planning on using the restroom the employees are going to lie and tell you it's out of order again

Some of the people that work at this location are lazy rude were your customers not an inconvenience 12 people in line one cashier when there's 3 in the back forget putting out pizza instead of moving customers along people need to get to work train these folks better or fire them
