Everything including the ice cream is made in house daily, Their cookies are huge but definitely worth a try. Feel free to sample their ice cream before purchase. Ice cream comes in different sizes.
Staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable.
They have non dairy options using coconut as their base. They have some unique flavors to try and welcome any ideas you may have such as avocado cheesecake. The dark chocolate ice cream is definitely my favorite here. Was so good and fresh.
Definitely worth a visit here if you are in Kennedy plaza.

Couldn’t recommend this place enough, and tonight was only my first time there. As a mom of a young kiddo with Celiac, I was so happy by their dedication to keep their gluten free products from cross contamination, from the scoop washing to the glove changing. And the variety of products my daughter was able to get! She has never had a waffle cone in her life and ice cream sandwiches are only from a very very select few prepackaged companies that are impossible to find to begin with and incredibly expensive. I’d much rather spend my money on something local that is such a great company as well!

AMAZING!!! We met the owner and she has the most amazing spirit! The ice cream is some of the best I've ever tasted. Plus, she employs a staff that includes several special needs individuals (including her own daughter). I wish I lived closer to Pittsburgh so I could visit again and again. Such a joyous atmosphere =)

Today was my first trip to Cookie Cookie Ice Cream and it will not be my last. The friendly and knowledgeable service combined with the bright and bubbly interior is as incredibly wonderful and yummy as the ice cream sandwiches. I am thrilled that we have such a delicious shop around the corner, but more I’m proud to say that a company with the kind of spirit and heart is right in my backyard.

Not only do they run a fantastic business, but they CATERED OUR WEDDING! They created the most beautiful and delicious wedding ice cream cake for us to enjoy. Not only that, they created ice cream flavors for us with no limitations. If you can think it, they can make it! They were truly the game changer for our wedding and EVERYONE LOVED IT! Connie made everything so easy and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We ate at Bob's Diner and realized this gem right next door. We went in and we're greeted by the friendliest gentleman behind the counter. My fiance got a milkshake that she said was very good. I had bought a peanut butter cookie that was huge. It was one of the best cookies I've ever had. Everything is homemade and the gentleman even asked us if we had any questions on anything. They have a ton of options and even have coffee here. This seems like a family owned business and everything was clean and well taken care of. I would urge anyone to try this place as it's way better that Dairy Queen or any other of the common ice cream places. We will definitely be going back to this place often!👍

Amazing choice of ice cream flavors. I tried ice creams in many states but this is the best ice cream shop I came across. I tried Huckleberry and Bubble gum and I loved it. Very friendly customer service and place looks amazing. Must try this place if you are around.

Great, delicious ice-cream and generous portions. Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere. They had a Bluegrass Jam Session during our visit and we ended up staying for over an hour. We had a great time! Well worth a visit!

What is also so great about Cookie Cookie Ice Cream is how encouraging and inclusive they are to those in the community who have intellectual disabilities by training and employing them.

So excited to try this lovely ice cream shop. Wonderful flavors, some off the beaten path. The cookies looked and smelled delicious but stuck to a very decadent dish of pumpkin ice cream. They even have dairy free varieties that are delicious and surprisingly "creamy"! Helping disabled members of the community find employment and self esteem makes this place extraordinary. You gotta try it!

Incredible experience and will be returning again and again! Masonic Village brought nursing home residents here and we were greeted on the bus by staff who were excited to tell us the history and story behind Cookie Cookie Ice Cream as well as some of the stories behind the many flavors they offer. What was meant to be a stop for ice cream was met with a great public interest story and a very friendly atmosphere!
